As, i have complaining this from Feb 2020 till now no any positive response from the team, even not getting any mail after sending so many mails. Date of incident : 3rd feb 2020 Booked via redbus to GSRTC Booking PNR: G33155498 I got a message from GSRTC that we have refunded the amount to operator.
