Redbus — Refund

I booked a ticket through the RedBus app with Sri Renganathan Travels from Trichy to Chennai (11:00 PM departure). The bus was delayed by more than 30 minutes . The overall service was very poor.

The AC was not working, the charging points and lights were not functioning, and the driver was extremely rude and disrespectful. The condition of the bus was terrible, and it was not worth the fare of ₹1050 that I paid.

I am very disappointed with this experience. I will never travel with this operator again. I request RedBus to initiate a refund for this inconvenience.
