Hello,
I had booked a ticket from Indore to Mumbai and paid for the same using Paytm UPI, I had to cancel that trip and so I asked for a refund of the ticket. The refund was Initiated and Completed but I did not receive thee money.
The message said "The refund of [Amount] has been successfully credited to your Add UPI account" because of the Add UPI in the message instead of my UPI account I think the transaction might have not been processed properly. Please look into it. The amount written in the message was also less than the amount that was to be refunded.

Please look into it, you don't need to resolve the refund as fast as possible I just want to know that I haven't accidentally lost my refund because of the Add UPI thing not showing my UPI ID. I have attached some reference Images.
