Redbus — Refund discrepancy & non-payment of redbus assurance benefit (TIN TU9R[protected]

My bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on[protected] with Go Tour Travels and Holidays (TIN TU9R[protected] was cancelled by the operator.

RedBus has refunded only ₹1, 760.48 against ₹1, 761.48 paid, and additionally charged ₹44 for redBus Assurance which was marked non-refundable. However, the redBus Assurance promised an additional ₹500 payout in case of operator-initiated cancellation, which has not been applied.

I request:

Immediate credit of the promised ₹500 redBus Assurance benefit.

Explanation why the ₹44 Assurance fee is non-refundable when the service was not provided.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest and confirm.

Please note that the amount paid for the redBus Assurance Program is non-refundable, as it is charged in exchange for the wallet cash benefit. Since the wallet amount has already been utilized, the associated charge is not eligible for a refund.
