Redbus — Refund for non arrival of booked bus

We booked thirteen passengers bus tickets from three different accounts for a rsrtc 3+2 non ac seater bus. The journey was scheduled at 7:00 pm, from Ajmer to Jaipur from Ajmer rsrtc bus stand. But the bus didn't not arrive at 7 pm, evening of 19 October 2024. And we were forced to avail services from the bus of other route travelling en route jaipur. As the inconvenience was caused on the platform's side (Red Bus application software). The application didn't give clear instructions for boarding destination and tracking record. And the phone number available for any query were also of no avail. So we would request you to kindly refund the amount paid during transaction as a compensation for our difficulty again because of redbus. Kindly find the attached red bus e ticket and alternate roadways bus ticket as a proof we didn't made use of red bus service.
