[Resolved] Redbus — refund for not | |||
Bus operator: universal Book via redbus Boarding point : chennai (Guindy near indian bank) Dropping point : thirunallar Date of journey : 24/12/2017 Boarding time: 10:35pm Bus never reached the boarding point till 12.15am (25/12/2017) and i went back to my home. Raised the refund complaint with redbus (Reference#2717501) on 25/12/2017 1.15 am but still refund has not been given. Called redbus customercare 5-6 times over the past 4days but they always say that it has been escalated to universal travels and would be resolved by end of the day. Please look into it on priority.
