[Resolved] Redbus — refund is not done - fraud company | |||||
On 18-Dec-2018, I have booked a bus ticket through redbus app to Mangalore from Bangalore using Amazon pay wallet and sbi debit card. Due technical issue bus got cancelled. I got message from redbus about the refund with reference number. But even after seven working days refund has not been credited to my account and there is no amount with reference number when asked with SBI customer care. I have given complaint to redbus but there is no proper response from them. I have writtern the mail to [protected]@redbus.in but still no response from them.
