Redbus — refund not credited

I've booked a ticket of Kallada Travels through Paytm on 17th October 2018, from Coimbatore - Bangalore. The bus got cancelled due to some breakdown and still I've not received the refund. When I raised a complaint to Kallada Travels, they have told to contact Red Bus regarding the refund. Kindly help me in getting the refund, details mentioned below. Please do the needful.
