[Resolved] Redbus — Refund not made | |||||
I booked a bus ticket from bangalore to hyderabad thorugh redbus (Gold class sleeper). Ticket/booking details: Ticket no: tk7c36494588 Pnr no: sk716159-skt-555b The bus operator, sri krishna travles, called me up and said the bus is cancelled but redbus is not acknowledging it. And so my 1176 rupees is also not being refunded. I have called redbus 7 times in last 3 days but they are just asking to wait more as they have not got nay information from the operator. On the other hand the bus operator is saying they have informed redbus. Was this information helpful? | |||||
