I booked a bus ticket via RedBus for travel from Chennai to Coimbatore with A1 Travels (PNR: AONP38BRZ282). However, the bus operator canceled the trip due to vehicle maintenance. Despite the cancellation being initiated by the service provider, I have not received my refund yet.
I have contacted RedBus customer support multiple times, but they have failed to provide a clear resolution or refund timeline. As per RedBus's policy, a full refund should be processed in such cases. This delay is causing unnecessary financial and mental stress.
I request immediate action to process my refund at the earliest. If my issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate the matter further, including filing a formal consumer complaint.
I expect RedBus to uphold its policies and provide fair service to its customers. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible.
