Redbus — Refund not received as mentioned in redbus app

I had booked 3 tickets worth 6722 and later cancelled the ticket, at the time of cancellation redbus app has shown im elible for recieving 5755.25 as refund.
But after cancellation i had recieved only 2646.75 only. I need the full refund mentioned in app i.e.., 5755.25
