[Resolved]  Redbus — refund of delayed bus ticket, not travelled

I booked online bus ticket through www.redbus.in website, i made payment of 1233 for same, travel date is 14 oct 2017, bus departure time was 19.30 pm from sangamwadi parking no 2, i tried to call bus operator till 8.30 pm. No one has responded a single call, finally i called to redbus customer helpline number, bus operator even not received call from redbus, then redbus executive ask me to book another ticket as this bus has cancelled, and i will receive my refund within 24 hours, same thing he confirmed over mail. I booked ticked of local operator and continued my journey, no i want refund of my ticket amount, i registed my complaint may times but there was no response from redbus.
I want my refund as soon as possible. Worst service has given by redbus.
