[Resolved] Redbus — Refund of my wallet amount | |
I am using Redbus app for my ticket booking since long back. I am having a wallet balance of Rs. 664. The wallet balance is going to expire soon. Due to Covid, transport facilities were stopped and I am unable to book tickets by using my wallet amount because of non service. Now I want to transfer the wallet balance to my bank account.

Thank you for sharing the registered contact details. On checking we see that the Rs 664.31 available in your redBus wallet is offer cashback. Hence, offer cashback amount cannot be transferred to bank account as per the terms and condition. We would like to inform you that offer cashback amount expiring in between 1st September 2020 to 15th September 2020 will be extended by 15 days.
