Refund of my wallet amount

I am using Redbus app for my ticket booking since long back. I am having a wallet balance of Rs. 664. The wallet balance is going to expire soon. Due to Covid, transport facilities were stopped and I am unable to book tickets by using my wallet amount because of non service. Now I want to transfer the wallet balance to my bank account....

As, i have complaining this from Feb 2020 till now no any positive response from the team, even not getting any mail after sending so many mails.
Date of incident : 3rd feb 2020

I got a message from GSRTC that we have refunded the amount to operator.

    I have booked two tickets from akbarpur to Delhi on 14 August (4:44pm). At the boarding time I called bus operator and then he said bus cancelled, then immediately I complaint Red bus customer care and ask about my refund they told with in 48 hour u got ur refund and now 10 days passed and I couldn't get my refund I called again and again but they always told wait 24 hours.

      I booked one ticket by redbus ahmedabad to mandvi cost 700 rs and i pay. But recive call from travel agent charted bus is canceled and your mony will b refund next 5 working days my booking journey is dated[protected] and same day i visit charted travel agent office he sayd dont worry we will refund your mony next 5 woking days but still not recive mony from red bus or charterd bus agent office. I visit 3 time charterd office located ahmedabad paldi. But they not responded for refund they just comitment next day and next date. In this case i wont complain against red bus and charterd bus i want refund my money with interest.

        Hi,
        I m travelling from chhatarpur MP to Bhopal MP on[protected] in ambay travels's bus (MP-19 p1372) on 10.15pm. as i boarded on this bus i found that the bus conductor is taking extra passengers except of seat capacity. And the extra passengers are lying down on central gallery and some of the passengers are sitting in driver's cabin. Bus staff is not wearing any mask and not even any sanitizers are being provided to any of the passengers. No temperature check is happening during boarding inside the bus. The bus staff and bus management is taking so many passengers life on risk during this corona pandemic time. This is a very serious matter. I hope red bus will take some effective action on management of ambey bus service.

          I had booked a bus ticket on Redbus on 21st March 2020 and the buswas cancelled by them due to some breakdown of vehicle and they had told me the ticket charges will be refunded within 72hours. I had paid ₹ 1286.45 for my bus ticket. I have not received the refund amount till date. Even in the application it says it has initiated but no received into my account. This company has nt provided customer call service they have only provided chat support which is not at all helpful.

            My name is raj kumar i booked a bus ticket from faizabad to delhi through redbus.in website on 06th august 2020 my ticket no. Is tp[protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com. But the bus (Unique tour and travels)
            Can't arrived the boardind point. We wait 5hours but no response from bus operator and their mob phone swich off. Unfortunately we back to my home. We try many times to contact him but no response. And we have paid ticket fare 1627/- rs.

              I book ticket of dated 10 August bymistake instead of 9 August.
              So request to red bus for cancellation of ticket Bhopal to UDAIPUR.

                I am ravi rathore, i have booked a online confirmed ticket in kamla travels on 08/08/2020 from indore to guna, journey date on 09/08/2020 through redbus. I have booked a single seat for myself, seeing the map of the seats layout which was 2 by 1 format. There is a sitting section at the lower side and sleeper section at the upper side (According to the layout of the interior) in bus. But when i went inside the bus, there was no sitting arrangements, there was a total sleeper, in upper and also in lower. It did not have a seat number 15b. When i asked the bus conductor where the 15b number seat is, he told me the number 4 sleeper in the lower section, which is already booked for any female passenger. I had complaint for this issue from bus conductor and kamla travels indore office also, but there was no response from those people, and when i spoke to a staff member of kamla bus, he said that 15b seat is not yours, we give you another seat and the bus conductor asked me to sit on the other seat, on which seat 3 passengers were already sitting. I requested a lot but the bus conductor said that we have to sit at the place where we give seat, otherwise get off the bus and i said that i want to be compliant for this, then he said, where do you want to complaint, do it. If nothing has happened to these complaints so far, then what will harm us with this complaint. I want strict action against these peoples. Also i want full amount refund my ticket fare.

                Today I have a called at 11.30 A.M. from Redbus (Mob. Numbers are [protected]/[protected]/[protected]) for refund the amount(Ticket Fare). He said that for money refund you have to download the mobile app Team Viewer Quick Support. Then I did what they asked me to process, after then was told to go to the Phone Pe app and type the details of your HDFC Bank Debit Card and add your card. I said that this process is not done for the amount refund, he said that this process remains in Redbus, If you want an amount refund, then follow this process.I followed the process, and they put me on hold for 1 hour, after then a message received debit Rs. 11, 234 from Bank account([protected]), after this I cut the call and call immediately to HDFC Bank for block my Netbanking, Debit Card & UPI Payment and also no debit from account. After that second message received debit of Rs. 12000 and then third message received debit of Rs. 5000. I have been report to Lasudia Police Station also.
                Sir, request you to please resolve this issue ASAP.

                      Willingly this is not the first time we have been facing such misguiding by your team of CUSTOMER service as well as the operator .
                      my father booked ticket from redbus journey dated 29th of july of 3:45am udaipur to ahmedabad parshawnath travels and here i mention my complaints :

                      1. you didnt provide the name and number of bus operator
                      2. i have to CALL TO the travels itself for interaction to bus operator
                      3. you didnt send any confirmation regarding the journey which gives bus number
                      4. we've been waiting at the pickup location for more than two hours
                      5. after 25-35 minutes we've called your CUSTOMER service and your representative said the bus is on the way and it will be on the pickup location in 10 minutes
                      6.after one hour the bus didnt come
                      7. we not have being notified that it will be late or bus has been cancelled.
                      8. the travells agency numbered: [protected] he switched off his number
                      9. the bus operator number : [protected]
                      we are not stupid or fools ok we have called this ### driver more than 15 times and he is not answering call
                      10. if the bus going to be cancelled you have to inform but what your representative and agency doing they just holding the CUSTOMER for more than 2 hours this is not a small problem

                      and my father has to answer his superiors that why he have been so late for what reason . what should he tell them because of some useless redbus booked tickets!! noope no one will accept it

                      and at last we have to find some other alternate because we have used redbus .
                      so my father went through another bus .
                      and firstly, you dont have any bus, on that chart why you gave the booking

                      trust me !! i dont care you take any action or not but i will definitely go through this.
                      because we have to suffer from money, time, sleep, office argues
                      so you must pay for your this nonsense

                        I have booked a ticket from aswapuram to hyderabd on 15/06/2020 and cancelled the same on 19/06/2020. Till now i didn't recieved refund.

                        When i contacted red bus they told its already credited to your bank account and given a reference number (Arn number[protected] and asked me to contact bank.

                        I contacted bank both by giving letter and online complaint (Indian bank) but till now there is no response. They are asking me to contact red bus. Following details i have given to bank both online and offline as letter to bank branch.

                        Sir, my self a. Santhosh customer of your bank lb nagar, hyderabad branch.
                        I have given a complaint regarding refund of 898/- from redbus several times online and offline by giving letter at your bank branch. Till now there is no refund. Please release my amount as soon as possible.

                              I got a ticket from begusarai to Patna travelling on 4th july 2020, I was provided 2 mobile numbers by red bus, and any number was not responding to calls, then I made 3 calls to red bus customer care, as they were also unable to contact the bus and they didn't have bus location too, so customer care executive named Basant told me to have another option, so I didn't get bus, as it's your responsibility to get me contact with bus and you didn't do that. So kindly make refund of my money. Thanks.

                                I don't know what the hell is going hear.
                                I booked 2 tickets from Indore to Guna
                                For 28 Jun 9:45 from Indore,

                                I got the call from has trave office that your 9:45 bus has been cancelled. If you still wants to travel you can book tickets on another busy that would be departure at 9:15 from the same location you have to collect ticke from the office. I said ok,

                                After some time I got the message from Hans travel that "your phone booking is done please collect tickets to avoid auto cancel"

                                When I reached to the office they asked me money for the new ticket and said you will get refund for you Redbus booking.
                                I was in hurry because my bus timing via reschedule to 45 minutes earlier.
                                But will without westing any time contact to resdbus support team and said everything about the bus cancellation and ask for refund.
                                After there confirmation I give money and take hard ticket.
                                Her you can check the number is same but they pic second passenger name "Bhavishya" my husband name's
                                I didn't see this thing at the time of collecting tickets because bus about to departure.

                                What the hell is this.

                                I want my refund ant any cost.

                                  I booked bus ticket by redbus on 10 jun 2020 by e-mitra (Ticket number (Tin): 75ngqgt9 [pnr[protected]] from pali to jaipur for dated 11 jun 2020 that tckt amount was 420/- rs. And cancelled bus on 11 jun 2020.

                                  But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my e-mitra k[protected] account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                                  Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                                  Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

                                    Hi this is santhoshi. I have booked a ticket in redbus on may 15 but i was cancelled on 22nd may from redbus end due to lockdown and i was told that i will get my refund in 5 to 7 working days. But it is already a month and i have followed up with lot of time about that. Everytime they are saying that it will take 5 to 7 working days but still i didn't get my refund. Can you please check on this and help asap.

                                      I have booked bus ticket on 3rd june 2020 from gajendragad to bengaluru but after that bus has cancelled due to vehicle breakdown, yet i didnot get the refund amount.Plese refund as soon as possible
