Redbus — Refund Request for PNR 145505 Trip on 10/06/2025 (Azamgarh to Delhi)

I am writing to formally request a refund for my bus booking with the following details:

Travel Date: 10/06/2025

Route: Azamgarh to Delhi

Seat Number: 8

Bus Number: UP-61 BT-9907

Boarding Point: Aadishakti Travels Bhawarnath Chauraha

Departure Time: 19:30

Unfortunately, I was unable to travel due to extremely poor bus conditions:

The bus seats were in a very poor and unhygienic condition

The AC was not working, making it very uncomfortable

The bus interior was smelly and not well-maintained

Considering these issues, I decided not to board the bus and request a full refund of the fare paid.
