[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund the amount ticket was not booked

Hi red bus team,
My self sri manjari I had booked my ticket on January 9.2024. During my first payment the amount was in processing.I had made second payment amount was debited and ticket booked on Jan 9.2024. But the 1st payment which I had made is in processing after few days the amount was send to red bus. So kindly check it and refund the amount as soon as possible.
