I booked a ticket to travel Kanchipuram from Silk board, Bangalore.
Departure date and time :[protected]:05AM
But bus didn't come till 09:30 AM, So I called operator mobile number [protected]. I got reply, saying bus is 1hr delay.
I haven't received any notification for the same, So I asked him, why it wasn't communicated prior.
Operator told, If you want to travel wait 1hr else you can go back to home.
Then I contacted Redbus, the customer care executive denied refund and told me same like operator.
Till 10:40 AM the bus was not arrived, So my wife, kids and I left the place.
So I was forced to go back to home. I need refund, please someone help me.
