Unable to cancel or reschedule the ticket

I tried to boo the ticket on 7th Aug for 12th Aug. Journey between Peravurani to Chennai 3 tickets. Money has been removed from my account but no confirmation from redbus rs.2200. On 8th The bus operator called me for the trip since they mentioned that the ticket was booked for 8th evening 8:15PM. I was tried to book the ticket for 12th Aug. Payment done but ticket did not booked

I have done the payment for the ticket I booked from Davanagere to Hyderabad on 18 March, the payment says it failed and no order details. Money deducted from my paytm account which was successful. Please look in to this issue with priority....

Seat allotment changed in last minute

Bus services has changed my seat number in last minute. According to boarding station my seat no is 22 while booking I got seat no 9.if I would have been notified, didn't buy the ticket. My ticket details as below

Bus was delayed and refund not possible

I had booked ticket (ticket no:TQ3U[protected]through redbus(RKT tours and travels), travel date on 27th February at 1:45am from Kallakurichi tollgate to Chennai airport (seat LA2, LA3), around 12midnight I have called bus operator([protected]) to confirm my bus schedule and they have said that the bus was delayed for 1hour and I got very shocked because my flight time was early morning at 7am, we have requested operator to give us the alternative...

Tour Bus Operator Changed in Last Moment

My Ticket no is TQ2Q82641580. I have booked ticket from Delhi to Manali for 24-Jan in Yellow Pedals Bus operator. Fare was Rs 2342.9 For 2 Passengers which includes GST and Travel Insurance. We also received sms from Yellow pedals operator in which Bus details and Timing are mentioned.But at the last moment they changed the Boarding locations and the Bus Operator agency. Amount debited twice

I booked a ticket on 2nd january on redbus app. Ticket booked but my money got debited twice for single ticket.
First the app got struck so i entered the otp twice and money deducted twice.
The ticket charge was rs.699/- when i check my bank account money debited twice for one ticket. Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for the reply....

I need GST invoice of bus ticket.

I travelled from JAISALMER to BIKANER on 30/11/2020 6AM R.S. 800/-by CHOUHAN TRAVELS HANUMAN CIRCLE JAISALMER. then I travelled from BIKANER to KURUKSHETRA on 30/11/2020 6:45PM R.S. 1000/- by MILAN TRAVELS. I booked my ticket from REDBUS. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE.
REDBUS told me ask BUS OPERATORS and BUS OPERATOR telling me to call REDBUS. I am tired calling both sides. I am providing tickets. Please find attachments....

Not refund amount of cancelled bus

Not providing Gst invoice

I travelled from Delhi to Jaisalmer on 30 sept 2020. I booked my ticket through redbus. They didn't provide any GST invoice. Now they say that I should contact bus operator and bus operator says he can't help me. Redbus should provide GST invoice and not make their customers run after bus operators.

Refund of my wallet amount

I am using Redbus app for my ticket booking since long back. I am having a wallet balance of Rs. 664. The wallet balance is going to expire soon. Due to Covid, transport facilities were stopped and I am unable to book tickets by using my wallet amount because of non service. Now I want to transfer the wallet balance to my bank account....

I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transferring my wallet amount to my bank account. Therefore, i request redbus team to return my wallet amount to my bank account immediately....

I book a ticket chengalpattu to karur in red bus app. Travels name is kpn. Ticket cost is 1155 inr. I paid by online transaction. Ticket confirmation i received (Ticket). Boarding time is 2.00 pm. Boarding point kpn office chengalpattu bypass near iyyappan koil.

I reached the boarding point at 1.30pm and wait for the bus. I tracked the bus by live tracking. Its says 17 mins delay at 2.00 pm. I wait...

fake ticket issued by red bus

Ticket Number - TNDR27398665.
This ticket I got from red bus on 29 December, 2019. But when I went to take the trip the bus driver and operator told me that there is no booking for this ticket number.The bus operator clearly told me that REDBUS has issued me a fake ticket.beacuse there is no information about this ticket was sent to the bus operator.

As i have heard about your cheatings and negative feedback, the very same i have faced in my first booking with you.

I waited for bus at sarai kale khan since 12:30 am and it is 3:15 am and no bus was there.

Its completely your fault that you have mentioned wrong pick-up/boarding point as sarai kale kha.
As per rsrtc staff and guard at this bus stop (Sarai kale khan) there is not...

payment deducted but no ticket received and not refunded my money

I have booked my ticket bhusawal to mumbai yesterday 525 deducted from account no ticket received and now they are not ready to refund my money
Today also i tried to book fresh ticket bhusawal to mumbai again same thing happened 475 deducted and no ticket

bus booking money got deducted twice for the same booking

I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Need help not satisfied with the customer care of red bus they asked me to raise the query again and again and told me to contact the bank for the complaint.
