On 12-12-23 i booked a ticket in H.P.TRAVELS, through REDBUS APP for my parents (father age-70y, mother age-58y) for their journey on 16-12-23 from tirupati-eluru. ticket number- tsd[protected], ticket worth- Rs.3447.90/-. as per reservation bus departure time is 11.45pm on 16-12-23. but on 16-12-23 at around 1am i got a call from bus driver and he stated that we have to start our journey at that time. i am shocked with his phone call and immediately contact with bus operator in given number -[protected] but i din't get proper response from them. then i contact with redbus helpline -[protected] and complaint number[protected]. they told that "bus opertor is not respondoing we will getback to you" this same answer i got even i called them 3 times on that day. on 16-12-23 around 5pm one of their customer care executives told me that "still bus operator is not answering our calls you may plan other sources for your parent’s journey, within 48 hrs this issue will resolve". based on their word i reserved a ticket in apsrtc ( ticket no[protected], ticket worth Rs.1958/-) for my parents’ comfortable journey. on 16-12-23 at around 8pm they replied me that we have to start journey on 16-12-23 IN H.P.TRAVLELS BUS at 11.45pm AMOUNT REFUND will not given. When i have issue either but operator or Redbus team fifnt given solution ontime. After made an alternate arrangement for their negligence they are simply saying SORRY and AMOUTN REFUND will not be given. Due to REDBUS and H.P.TRAVELS negligence I LOST Rs.3447.90/-. Pls help me on this to get my amount refund

    Unable to find bookings in the website and customer care is hard to reach

    I have booked ticket for a round trip. My first journey is cancelled. I am unable to find return journey ticket for cancellation. My ticket number is TSCC71549323.

    Refund not credited till now

    I recently booked a ticket for a journey from Kozhikode to Trivandrum and a few days back I got a message that my bus has been cancelled. I tried to contact the customer care and registered a complaint but was of no use. There has been no response from their side. Its very important for me to travel that day so I need that amount asap. Attaching the screenshot below....

      I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hospet on 22nd November and changed the date to 24th November even I paid the extra 200 for the bus. When i contacted the redbus about confirmation on seat and as I dintvget the ticket they informed me that your tickets is confirmed and you can travel with the same ticket but when I the passanger entered the seat some other lady was sitting.I contacted vrl they said it's her seat and at the time of departure i contacted the redbus then they informed that my ticket has been cancelled.if I dint call they would not even bother about that as a female passenger it made so insecure in Bangalore dint knew what to do next. When tried to contact redbus they are trying to escape from ending chart giving time.untill now i dint even get refund

          Dear Sir,

          If a ticket is booked in urgency wrong then no option of cancellation of ticket just after booking confirmation. In our opinion fresh ticket bookings should be given a chance of reversing or cancelling ticket for 5-10 minutes if it is booked wrongly.

          Due to which Company gets full money and our seat goes empty which is a huge loss of money for us if we don't have money to book the correct bus ticket.

          Our situtation is very annoyed at that time due to no option of recovery of money.

          Please check for option resolving of my ticket which was wrongly booked when my phone was over processed & everything was hanged & no option to stop all process done wrongly.

            Had a worst Experience travelling from Chennai to Coonoor as the bus TN05CC1955 was old with no good maintenance it seemed. Self starter did not work so passengers had to push the bus to start, front windshield was with cracks. This bus ticket that was costly not a value for money or the Bus was Not worthy for money. The MD of the bus said, "sorry" on my call on 6th December 2023, which would not pain him much as already he got the money and no loss to him because of the poor conditioned bus. Passengers are taken for granted to earn their profits. The money what he earned from the bus was at the cost of passengers. If he is reasonable, some compensation should be given to those who lost their time and missed their appointments like me which costed a lot to them.

            The Bus got 1st breakdown around 2 am and ran without AC suffecating until Ulunthurpet, it was said that dynona did not work and waited for about three hours outside bus at night. After 2 hours we were told that a spare bus has been arranged (not true it seemed but to make to make the passengers calmer. The MD said, it was a mistake or wrong information by YBM's customers support center) so the driver asked the passengers to get down. After getting down no spare bus came so our bus TN05CC1955 was repaired and we traveled by the same poorly maintained bus. After 2 hours of running the bus from Ulunthurpet after replacing the dynamo, the bus was stopped because one of the back tires bursted - 2nd breakdown. The tire was a retread tire. When I spoke to the MD of YBM he mentioned that the tire was due for change and he was responsible for not changing when reported but he blamed the driver saying that he did not drive carefully. Thus again we were delayed because of replacement of tire. So in total the bus was late by around 4 plus hours to reach Coonoor. I was told by another passenger that the bus was used by her family recently and it broke down so the passengers were sent by other bus. Thus YBM uses a bus which is not in good condition though it has run on hills which is a high risk to the passengers. High cost ticket, No proper communication to the customers and poor maintenance and rude response by one of the drivers are some of the problems faced in the bus TN05CC1955 on 4 Dec 2023. Important meeting has been missed. No compensation financially.

            Traveled from Chennai to Coonoor on 4th December 2023 in bus TN05CC1955 -YBM Travels ticket cost was Rs.1890. This was not a normal price too

              I would like to complain on my fellow passenger who disturbed my sleep the whole day by getting into my sleeper seat with her and her kid. She almost occupied half of my seat. I couldnt sleep for whole night. There were times when i woke her up to move to her seat. Still she dint bother to move. I complained this to the bus driver. When i did she instead reverse complained on me that i woke her up 2 times during the night and she couldnt sleep with her son who looks like above 6 or 7 years. This is ridiculous. How can 2 people sleep in one seat and make it uncomfortable for the other person to sleep by occupying my seat also instead. I managed to click few pictures at different times. The yellow mark is my seat line. I expect you to please do something in this case. If you say this is the policy of red bus then i cannot use red bus in future. Thank you very much. I expect you to do something.

                Dear Sir, Refer to the above cited subject, the details of travels are Date of Journey: 16-Nov-23; New Shatabdi Travels (Jalaun to New Delhi), Time: 10:00pm. Ticket no. TSCC10332333. Based on mentioned details by Sister is the passengers and waited till 02:00am where bus has not reached to pickup point & also no proper response from Red bus and travels. I have called to Red bus customer care and inform that she cant wait till late nights. and bus operate insured me to full refund and now i am calling bus operator and redbus service but got no satisfactory response from both.

                      I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad of northern travels in red bus. The Bus is at 10pm I am waiting since more then 2 hours but the bus didn't came. I reached to red bus support but they are not able to give the update of the bus regarding by what time the bus will come to boarding point.

                        I booked the bus through redbus webpage for travel from Chennai to Bangalore for SRS travels.
                        The amount was paid via gpay. We did not get any confirmation about ticket no etc.

                        Can you please have a look and confirm at the earliest

                          Dear Sir, Refer to the above cited subject, the details of travels are Date of Journey: 16-Oct-23; PSR Travels (Anantapur to Chennai), Time: 09:15pm. Ticket no. TSBB89155545. Based on mentioned details by daughter and wife are passengers and waited till 12:00am where bus has not reached to pickup point & also no proper response from Red bus and travels. I have called to Red bus customercare and inform that they cant wait till late nights on road as safety point of view and requested to Refund my money (or) change the date of travelling. Customercare confirmed, "they have initiated for REFUND & will be credited within 48Hrs".
                          As an followup, again i have called dt. 17-Oct-23 then i got the same reply "our Escalation team will call you and taken complaint no. 23266134. Again i have called dated 25-Oct-23. Now they are replying that Refund cannot be provide. In view of above, requesting you to help for Refund of my money.

                            As i have booked ticket for my travel from Kelambakkam, Chennai to Pattukkottai. Because of redbud last min cancelled trip as same travel, I have booked hurry to other travels bus for same destination . Due to some personal reasons I have been late to the boarding so bus taken away from boarding spot, so now as bus going without taking me, I ask driver ur late so I taken he told, I need refund please take action

                              I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory experience I had on 21.10.2023 while traveling on Sri Krishna Travels hope that you will address this matter promptly and appropriately.

                              I had booked a bus ticket from Chennai Chromepet to Palani via online through Red Bus, and the seat I booked was Seat No. 7. However, upon boarding the bus, I found that my seat had been given to another passenger via offline booking without explanation. When I raised this issue with the bus operators, their response was not only dismissive but also extremely hostile.

                              To make matters worse, I was met with threats and intimidation, with the operators threatening to leave me stranded on the road at 10 pm. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply distressing.

                              Despite my repeated requests for a resolution and an alternative seat, the operators refused to accommodate me, resulting in me being placed in the last row of the bus. This seat change was not only inconvenient but also a clear violation of my booking.

                              Subsequently, I attempted to contact your bus company for a resolution to this matter, but I received no response. I also reached out to Red Bus customer service, and they also failed to provide any solution or assistance.

                              This entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

                              I kindly request that you investigate this incident thoroughly, address the unprofessional conduct of your bus operators, and ensure that proper procedures are in place to avoid such incidents in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused during this journey.

                              I hope for a swift resolution to this matter and an assurance that corrective actions will be taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.

                                My pnr no is 29747 of dt 20/10/23. During booking of ticket tech error was shown and after some time i have booked another ticket for 4 persons from pune to jalgaon on 23 oct 2023. After few times both tickets was confirmed through msg. Afterthat i have approach to customer care regarding 1 ticket was change on date 27 oct from jalgaon to pune. But reply was not satisfy and resulting is 1 ticket has been cancelled. The most highlighted is cancelled charges is 50% refund only. As compare to railway this is to costly and not for good to normal people. Hence it is requested to review my case and another amount was refund in my account at the earliest pl. My both ticket no is as per below : tsbg35609049 which is cancelled earlier and another is tsbg25704756 which is live
                                it is once again requested to consider the case and favourable orders please.
