[Resolved] Redbus — refusal of reservation during boarding | |
Bus tickets for three was booked on 25th nov 2017 for journey from kolhapur to mumbai with ticket number tkcn34281544 and pnr : 67788843 for neeta travels bus departing at 09:45 pm. Date of journey was 04.01.2018. I had received confirmation of the ticket on my email id (Ganesh. [protected]@gmail.com). Complete payment was also done during booking. However, when boarding, the reservation was denied as the pnr was not available at the neeta database. Also the seats reserved were allocated to others. Was this information helpful? | |
