[Resolved] Redbus — regarding bus booking cancellation without information | |
I booked yellow travels bus through redbus app from hyd to mysore. Yellow travels told me they closed service and informed redbus 1 week before. But i came to know that my bus was cancelled just before my boarding time. App is still showing my trip completed. I raised complant to redbus service but i m not satisfied. I have lost booking money. It was not refunded yet. I have paied extra 5000 money for sudden booking of cab from hyderabad to mysore. Please take some action on this redbus service. Even they are not providing the escalation path for ur support.

So i was waited at boarding point and called to provided number and then i realised bus cancelled.
I have my joining date 22nd in Infosys. You can expect how I struggled to reach mysore.
