[Resolved]  Redbus — regarding refund on cancellation of ticket

I had cancelled the ticket from bangalore to pune on 17th sept. 2018 and received message as
Dear customer

Your refund of rs. 960 has been processed by redbus. The amount will reflect in your bank account or wallet used for payment within 2-7 working days. You may quote your phone number used for booking as reference for any further follow up with redbus

But still i didn't get any refund amount.
