Hi,

I book the ticket from Delhi - Nainital as on 30 march 2017
with out information they change the pickup location i waited on the road more than one hour there is no proper response at operator u need to come another location for these information they informed after when i reached the my pickup point i loss my time and money ...

So i need my money back, I informed to redbus customer care 4 times there is no proper update .
I lose my time and my money please help me...
