[Resolved]  Redbus — request for refund due to incorrect seat allocation ticket no. tuaa47130527

I booked a bus from Alleppey to Chennai with Kallada Travels (timing: 5:01 PM to 8:20 AM). I reserved three seats: 4UB, 8ALB, and 8BLB. However, while my ticket showed these numbers, the travel agency assigned the seats as 4UB, 10ALB, and 10BLB.

My parents, who are elderly, traveled in those seats. Unfortunately, the seats were located directly above the wheels, causing constant jerks and jumps throughout the journey. This resulted in a very uncomfortable and inconvenient experience for them, especially since it was a long journey of almost 16 hours.

Such discrepancies in seat allocation are unacceptable. I kindly request a refund for this inconvenience.
