- Incident happened on 3rd Jun'25.
- Customer care What's app number only available - ‪+[protected]‬
- I was booked a ticket in red bus on 3rd Jun'25 for travelling from Coimbatore to Chennai. and ticket has generated thru what's app. Then i was present before the departure time. But they left me even i called them many times, but they won't pick my calls. Thereafter i have raised the case thru their own app (Red Bus). However, it has been taken 7 days ago from today and issues not resolved. Still my money is not back. It's very frustrating me. even i tried many ways to collect my money back but they won't take any action on that. still delaying the process
- Refund - 1127.38 Rs. Today they are denied refunding it.
