I am an engineer working in Bangalore .I booked a sleeper class bus seat of KOMITILA operator in RedBus

I really suffered a lot.The rain water is coming from windows and entire my bed became wet.The rain water is falling drop by drop on my face and not able to sleep.The bus operator not even come to my bed to see even though i raised the issue to him.You people want just the money not bother about the customers.I literally faced torture to travel.Finally after this trip i feel waste of my money, time, health.
