[Resolved] Redbus — taking the online ticket but no any bus at boarding point | |||||
Hello, We have taken the ticket by red bus service and it's done successfully but when we reached the boarding point then there are no any bus available at boarding point as per given time line! Also discussed with there many person but all are saying that no any bus available at here this type. Then we go to enquiry kendra but there are no any worker available. After that we thought leave it and go to marking the cancel ticket which are taken by me! But this not successful also showing error that pls contact with upsrtc after that we just want connected with upsrtc team.. But they guys are not taking serious this matter also saying it's not my fault please contact with red bus. Hi all, it's not good for passengers so taken the action require all culprits. My bus from Bangalore to Vellore was cancelled, recieved message from the bus company saying they will provide refund. Redbus provided no refund till date.
