Had a very bad experience with Simhapuri Travels - India from Nellore to Bangalore on 16th July sat night at 9:50 pm
redBus your help support is not useful for me at that moment if you mention contact details there should be one responsible person to answer.
This is the real experience I’m sharing today, I had booked a ticket from Nellore to Bangalore by Shimhapuri travels with Ticket Number: TR[protected] | PNR No: 286514 my brother was waiting
for bus at the pickup point “Ayyapa Gudi Circle” Nellore. One hour completed but there was no call from travels whether the bus is delayed or cancelled, I had tried to reach travel person repeatedly but not answering my calls at all.
Attaching the screenshot for reference for the proof. My intention is instead of my brother if my mother or sister is standing on the road & if the bus didn't turn up whats the situation.
redBus Support you people are responsible for this incident, if you won't display SIMHAPURI Tours and TRAVELS on your site I would opt for another one.
If I’m not getting a response from your end in one day I am filing a case at consumer court.
I do have all details of bus ticket booking call recordings made for simhapuri travels, redbus customer care.
My Bus was scheduled at 9:50 pm on the 16th of July, & I tried to reach you on help support, and call support but none of them was helpful.
Within a span of two hours, I’m posting this on LinkedIn platform so that I can expect a quick response from the Redbus team.
