I am Resident of C-24, Chenpur society, Chenpur Gam, B/H, IOC Depo, D-Cabin, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad - 382470, I had reserved Ticket with Reference to Ticket No.TR 7D14490668 With fare of INR Rs.1258/- from Ajmer to Ahmedabad Seat No. S9 at 05:13 PM in evening on 15 June 2022 from Ajmer. Instead of on time service I was not pick up from the location from where bus was suppose to pick up. Instead of 11:55 PM Bus did not came till 1 AM in mid night, I was literally punished by not providing service . Customer service number is not proper number so I was not able to contact to represent my difficulty even. Due to Non performance of service and mental harassment I am facing loss of Rs.10, 000/- INR on 17.06.2022. I had totally harnessed journey from Ajmer to Abu road by way of journey from privet vehicle with seating on floor of the bus. from Abu road to Mehsana and from Mehsana to Ahmedabad I had face same difficulty as sitting on the floor of the bus . I feel helpless and force to face difficulty by way of trust on the online ticket arrangement from the Red Bus. I will never ever Book my any type of bus journey from Red bus. I am instructing authority of Red Bus to pay my damages Aa soon as possible other wise I will approach Court of justice and will raise consumer complaint against the Red Bus for sure.
