Redbus — Ticket Booked - not Confirmed - Amount deducted - Refund requested

Hi Team
I have tried to book bus ticket on 06.11.2025 from Ramnad to Chidambaram in Universal Bus (Timings 18.45 slot, Upper Desk First Single Berth)
(Passenger name Sree Varshan, Mob: [protected], maild id [protected]@gmail.com).
I have made payment thru my Indian Bank Netbanking below is details

Bank Statement and SMS received below
Amount of Rs. 871.50 has been deducted from account
WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER
PAYU-[protected]/REDBUSINDIAPRIVA
TELIMITED/
PAY U PAYMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED

But ticket is not confirmed thru via SMS / mail. We also confirmed with Universal Bus operator, they also confirmed ticket is not booked,

So I kindly request you to refund my amount of Rs. 871.50 tm my bank account itself.
