Redbus — Ticket booking | |||||
My name is arjun s kumar. My complaint is about an online ticket booking site redbus. I booked a bus ticket from kalasipalayam to kayamkulam via red bus. I selected my indian bank card for payment, but they debited my sbt card without i typing otp and even without going to sbt payment page. Then i got a confirmation mail at 12.26pm. After some time i got another mail that my payment was unsuccessful and my refund is initiated. So i booked another ticket via mobikwik. But when i checked it later i came to know that that ticket was confirmed. I enquired about this to redbus customer care about my refund, but they are not replying for that messages now. My 924 rs is lost because of this. So kindly look into this and take proper action. I am attatching screenshots of mail send by them with time. Was this information helpful? | |||||

There was no alternate arrangrment made by the bus management team, the driver bailed and most of the passangers had to walk for hours to reach nearest local bus station.
It took 28 hours to reach our destination instead os 10. We lost an entire day of our weekend, we also lost our reservations and bookings worth over 10000 rupees for the lost day.
The Red Bus customer service was very unprofessional, rude and even denied refund of the bus fare, forget about rest of the loss we incurred.
Other passangers who had booked their ride through other online services got refund at the first sound of bus breakdown, but Red Bus has proved themselvs a liar, cheater and theif.
