[Resolved] Redbus — ticket cancellation | |
I just made a wrong booking on the redbus application. There is a 'cancel ticket' option on it but malfunction. Therefore, i made a call through customer care service and also to the bus company namely starmart and both services was not helpful in making a cancellation and to refund the payment that i have made. We would like to inform you that ticket cancellations are purely based on bus operator cancellation policies and the same may vary from one operator to another.
