Hi team,
I am sorry to say, this is the worst pilgrimage ever in my life. I used to travel mostly towards tirupati via my local town operators. This time, i gave a try to redbus, which i am deeply regretting now. I took pilgrimage package not made a booking for bus or hotel.
Coordination is so poor or null. Redbus didn't take any responsibility towards the package except booking the hotel and bus. I don't know why are calling its a pilgrimage package.
There is no help or support from redbus.
We just took a bus from madurai along with many others. No idea how many were there for package. We came step down at tirupati at nearly 6.30 a. M. No one is there to pick us. The ticket is not having any contact number of hotel or there was no one to pick us. If we can do everything, then what is point of this package. We asked everyone over there to find anyone facing same issue from redbus.
Then the receptionist arranged a guy who took me to bus stop by walk and got me a bus. I have no idea about what to do after reaching there or no information about the other devotees. If this is the kind of service you are providing. Then just stay with bus booking and hotel booking. Don't call it pilgrimage package.
I went to temple. Temple was over crowded and all i have is free darshan ticket. After a every long queue, nearly after 3 hours i went inside a cabin, where it was excepted time of darshan is next day 12a. M (04/05/18). I was so happy to knew. Since my phone was with ttd. I have no way to contact anyone and my return bus was at 8pm today (03/05/18). All i can do was just coming out without darshan.
If you people have no idea of what is going on there in tirupati. How long it will take a devote to get darshan?. If you can't arrange a single guide even to help us. Why the hell you call it as pilgrimage package and looting us?. We know to book bus and hotel tickets with/without help of redbus. Please don't waste our time and money.

You are good at booking bus tickets. I never faced any issues till this time. With that belief i booked this. Pilgrimage package means not booking of bus ticket or hotel, it's so many things more to do with. Kindly do see kstdc, thomascook or via how they are working.
I am posting this feedback on all social medias and never suggested anyone to use redbus pilgrimage.
