[Resolved]  Redbus — Ticket not booked but amount deducted from my account

Dear Team,

I made a booking on 30th August 22 from Chennai to Coimbatore.

I made a payment of Rs 749.99/- thru PhonePe.

The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.

I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not rec'd in your end and asked me to check with my Bank.

I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 749.99/-has been duly credited to redbus.

The UPI transaction ID is T2207301957356226100917 dated 30 August 22.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest.

First I Applied without hope that I get my money. But Now I believe. I got my money back. Within two days Redbus Refunded my money. Thanks to Mercomplaints.
