Dear Team,
I made a booking on 30th August 22 from Chennai to Coimbatore.
I made a payment of Rs 749.99/- thru PhonePe.
The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.
I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not rec'd in your end and asked me to check with my Bank.
I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 749.99/-has been duly credited to redbus.
The UPI transaction ID is T2207301957356226100917 dated 30 August 22.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest.
