[Resolved] Redbus — ticket reschedule/cancellation failed and no refund | |||||
Hi All, This is Noel here. I had booked tickets from Bangalore to Pondicherry on 16th Nov'18 and return ticket on 18th Nov.However due to Cyclone in Tamil Nadu, I wanted to reschedule my tickets as it was clearly mentioned in my ticted that I could reschedule the tickets before 1.59PM on 16th Nov for Bangalore to Pondicherry trip and reschedule Pondicherry to Bangalore trip before 17th Nov 10.45 pm. However when I tried rescheduling the ticket before the due date, I got a message saying return trips can not be rescheduled and when i tried to cancel the ticket even it failed. When I spoke to the customer care they told me that I could not reschedule/cancel the tickets even thought i was trying to reschedule the tickets before the cut off time. And they just said that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused. I had paid Rs 5200/- for the tickets and wanted to reschedule it to next week due to cyclone in Tamil Nadu. And in the tickets it was no where mentioned that I could not cancel these tickets.I request to look into the issue and provide me a solution.People using Red Bus, please be aware.
