I booked my bus ticket by redbus on[protected]Ticket number (Tin): 79592742 from tenali to sr nagar for dated 16 sep 2018 that tckt amount was 455/- rs. And cancelled it on[protected].
But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 to 7 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).br...

I booked a ticket from madurai to bangalore and journey date is oct 2nd 2018. Ticket number or trip id: tmaf65047481 boarding time : 10:45 we reached the boarding point at 10:15 and waited till 12:30 midnight.

We were never able to reach the bus operator as all the numbers provided by redbus and branch office were not reachable. And then i called redbus support team and even redbus support...

The money is 1038 credited in redbus wallet it is not my mistake please check it once and transfer my money to the bank account. non availability of msrtc bus agained issued ticket

I booked ticket for pune-mumbai shivneri ac bus on red bus website on 3rd october. My ticket number was 34765900. Transaction id was rb[protected]. I reached boarding point at indira college wakad at 1.50. As per the ticket, the bus was to arrive by 2.22 pm. But the bus did not arrive by 4 pm. The msrtc staff also had no idea why the ac shivneri did not come.

It was a horrible experience for me to travel from mumbai to shirdi from dolphin travel.
Very old and poor quality bus, no proper picked up, no sefty block on upper birth, very rude behaviour of bus staff, mosquito inside the ac bus, curtain was toored and flying with wind, cooling was unbearable child, no blanket, we and other co - pessanger requested to reduce cooling but no meaning.

I am writing to file a complaint against redbus. The cancellation policy of redbus is misleading. I booked a ticket for my parents recently from Chennai to Theni and cancelled it few days before the travel date. refund of rs477 for cancellation of bus by the operator

Ticket amount = 477rs. I booked a ticket for sunday[protected] from rajkot to udaipur and the bus got cnacelled because of some strike at rajasthan by the state road transport services). non refund of money paid for tickets

On 30/05/2018 I tried to book tickets of Neeta Travels from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai twice. Payments were effected through BHiM Upi VPA. Payments were successful but after VPA time of 3 min. I received one refund of Rs.663/_ but Refund of Rs662.50 is still pending. I complained several times but still I have to receive refund.
