Hi i am anitha using red bus app in my mobile. I cancelled my ticket
(Booking id : tmbz[protected] and the amount is credited to my red bus wallet. I want to transfer my red bus wallet amount to my bank account. And i have requested for the same already. So please consider this and proceed with the same as soon as possible.

How to transfer the money from RedBus wallet to account
Hot transfer red bus wallet to bank account
There is no option for that. You should correctly choose the refund method before cancellation.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I had booked a tempo traveller (13-seater) on 27/10/2018 with discount offer trip id (M4hwepnpl5). On red bus.

    As per terms and discussion for any changes in pick up timings i was told to directly get in touch with ms. Poonam travel operator.

    Operator name: rent a car email: rentacar.net.[protected]@gmail.com phone number: [protected]

    I proactively approached the travel operator 7 days earlier of travel to ensure the vehicle is on time with no issues as we wanted to travel together with minors and kids with us and was following till afternoon of 8/11/2018.

    Despite so many follow up and confirmation just a day before travel and despite confirmation email from red bus at 4.45pm on 8/11/2018 saying vehicle confirmed i did not receive driver details. This time also ms. Poonam - travel operator did not call and i had to call her and to my surprise it was told to me the tempo traveler is not available at 9.30 pm on 8/11/2018 assuring me something she will manage since we had paid 70k for a villa booked in goa and more important it was a long-awaited plan for entire family with full of excitement. Post which she stopped answering my calls.

    I called up red bus and they convince me for two innova instead of traveler. Our excitement was totally lost as now we have to travel separate in two cars. Post which i did not received driver details and even red bus contact center was not answering till 12.30 am 8/11/2018. This led to my blood pressure shoot up and i was in severe pain as it was question of the entire travel program at stake as we cannot cancel our bookings and loss of entire booking amount.

    Finally, after severe follow up i got only driver detail for 1 car and reconfirmed with ms. Poonam travel operator that is it innova to which she assured yes and 2nd driver details will be given in morning. To my surprise again in morning too our driver details were not sent and i had to call for the 2nd driver details. Surprisingly the vehicle which was supposed to come at 10 am as per discussion with ms. Poonam travel operator they came at 11.15 am.

    Another disaster as instead of innova they sent 2 travera private vehicles not tourist vehicles that too in pathetic condition. I called up ms. Poonam - travel operator but this time mr. Kumar spoke to me and assured to start journey and said we will figure out something for you once finished the journey.

    Out of 2 driver one was totally new to the route. Due to which we got late for the entire itinerary and had to extend a day for return journey. As per red bus we were supposed to pay for 1 vehicle excess km at tempo traveler rate. Surprisingly we were asked to pay inter state entry charges which were not charged as they had sent private vehicles which are government charges.

    The drivers were threatened of not getting paid and who told us to exit in between highway towards pune at 12.30 am 14/11/2018. I was totally harassed, with risk of life of my family and in severe pain.

    It took 28 hours for us to reach from goa to mumbai and two of my family members even got sick.

    The above stated is a brief of the complete harassment we went through. I have call recording and whats app chat to support the above pathetic behavior of red bus, travel operator and others.

    Issues in brief:

    1) false promise on vehicles booked tempo traveler settled for two innova as last minute update of no vehicle but sent pathetic condition travera

    2) late coming for pick up and one new driver on travel route affecting entire travel plan since both vehicles had to be kept together

    3) taking care of food & other arrangements for two drivers on grounds of humanity which we did and ms. Poonam - travel operator says who told you to do. Paying parking charges and toll for 2 vehicles.

    4) violation of transport norms and sending private vehicles for commercial bookings.

    5) demanding inter state entry tax which was supposed to be paid to government only if traveled by tourist vehicles.

    6) harassment as left in middle of highway at midnight with risk to our life.

    7) threatening drivers of not getting paid if customer is not paying demanded charges.

    People involved:

    1. Red bus – initial booking – ms. Naseema, mr. Junaid, mr. Manish singh

    2. Ms. Poonam & mr. Kumar – travel operator – rent a car – [protected] / [protected].

    3. Mr. Rajan / mr. Mistry – person approached by rent a car for new vehicle

    4. Mr. Sachin – person who sent the car on instruction of no. 3.

    I hereby demand to take strict action and refund my entire money paid to red bus (Rs. 3, 512), drivers for fuel - (Rs.18, 466) parking charges (400) toll difference (500 approx.), compensation for spoiling journey excitements, harassment and risk of life.

    If the same is not resolved we would look forward for legal action.

      I tried to book the ticket on 10th November from Sankeshwar to Bangalore. But it didn't book but amount(4200) has been deducted from the account. Transaction ID :[protected]

      Then again my husband booked the ticket on the same day. Seats are :L14, L15.

        Date 14 october 2018, bus ticket no. Tmba61394878. Journey was expected from gurdaspur to chandigarh. After reaching to spot bus operator said bus is cancelled. Red bus didn't informed us regarding bus cancellation and we struggled to reached the destination. Since (30 days passed) i have called and emailed so may times to red bus to refund my amount they simply say bus was not cancelled we will not refund. Even i send them call recordings of the bus operator describing about bus cancellation. Even the bus operator exchanged e-mail to red bus cc my mail. To refund the amount they hardly register your complaint. Red bus is cheap and fraud online services provider, they function extortion unit once you paid you will not get refund.

          On 10.10.2018, i tried to book bus tickets (Twice) and the amount got deducted from my account. However, ticket was not booked. Initially they told to refund the same in 7 days. After 7 days there was no sight of money coming back. I tried to contact their customer care, but there was no response. I contacted them through e-mail, they have requested for account details and the same was provided on 06.11.2018. Even now neither i received response from red bus customer care nor money. Please look into the same.

            I'm booked ticket through redbus app on 11th nov at afternoon for 14th nov from pune to dondaicha fair amount rs - 695 and i want to cancel the ticket on same day through app it's showing it's not possible to cancel when i'm ask to customer care they told that it's not in policy of bus operator, i'm check before booking there is no clear communication mention regarding cancellation policy with time period and deduction, after register complain on app helpdesk mail i'd received mail of closing your complain without resolution, still i'm waiting for resolution and cancelation of ticket.

              Booked bus ticket through Redbus.in via PNR K6419845 dated 12 Oct 18 from Thrissur to Banglore.
              The trip was cancelled by the operator. But even after completing almost 1 month, amount is not refunded.
              I have contacted redbus customer care for refund. Their reply was that the complaint is escalated to the concerned department.
              Now i have received email stating that the complaint is resolved. But unfortunately i didnt receive my money back. Their reply is not enough clear to understand the solution.

                  I booked a travel bus from kanpur to delhi on 11 nov 2018 by red bus app (Safar express tour and travels). Before one week agent call me n said bus has been cancelled by bus owner so u can’t travel on that particular bus.. Refund will be back with in a week.                     I have booked a round trip using redbus from bangalore - wayanad on oct.

                    Both ticket are booked on sam travels. On the day of travel redbus/sam travel cancelled the ticket due to technical issues. This situation spoiled my vacation and i was forced to cancel my return ticket. Now redbus has deducted 800 rupees as cancellation charges. I need my money back. Redbus actually spoiled my vacation and they stolen money from me too.

                      We have booked 49 seater vehicle for distance of 800 kms oneway. The bus was arrived 5 hours late for pickup result in delay of marriage ceremony. The bus was not in good condition. No head light, water leakage, breakdown sevral times. H ave spoke to red bus representative and there was straight refusal saying no bus available. While returning, the bus was got breakdown again in mid of forest. We have booked another vehicle and reached our place. There were child and women too in the bus and there was no care from redbus and traveller. The complete experience with red bus was nightmare. Red bus is suppose to refund my expenses i. E. 30, 000 inr but still they are making excuses for the bad service.

                        After that i reached my boarding point at 11 pm and wait till 1 am but bus not coming or no any intimation throw red bus.. U am trying to call with customer service that told we don't have any update 'll call you after 15 minutes but no one call again and i don't have any update and i am unable to arrange other course at that time..

                          Today it's happened for the 2nd time that redbus deducted balance from my bank account but did not gave me ticket. It always says sorry we can not issue you a ticket.                           I booked a ticket in red bus on 22/10/2018 . The bus was cancelled and I got a message mentioning that the journey got cancelled when I am coming back from native. I requested for my cash refund of Rs 1230/- .and it is not yet refunded, the customer care executive told me that it will get refunded with in 2 days

                            Complaint number red bus 5957814... I have booked ticket one month before and cancelled two tickets on the same day. And its not refunded, for few days it showed refund on process but after that it disappeared. My registered mobile number is [protected]. And booking date is on[protected]. Almost one month getting delayed please help me out to credit the amount with same debit card or to get to the wallet.

                                I booked seat for mumbai to nanded on 21.10.2018 on redbus app. Accordingly i made payment of rs. 2, 253/- but 5 minutes after booking ticket, i received message from redbus that "your booking is failed". Then immediately i put request for refund. On 24.10.2018 redbus put the said amount in my redbus wallet, on same day i requested to redbus to refund my amount in my bank account, accordingly i provide my bank details to them and asked them in how many days will it take to refund the amount in my bank account on which redbus replied that the amount will be credited in your bank account in 7 bank working days, since then (24.10.2018) i am calling redbus to refund my amount but they deliberately avoiding refund of my amount. Now it is 12 th day but till date my amount is not credited. Today, i called redbus team but their reply is as usual, they replied that your amount will be credited in your bank account within 7 bank working days. What should i do????

                                  Redbus website showed me booking available by humsfar travels for 8th november and debited my account for rs. 965/- did not send booking confirmation for almost an hour and when called on their contact t number at coimbatore was informed that booking is not for 8th but for 9th november. This was a fraud as i clearly remember booking for 8th for my friend sunil pande i also contacted humsafar travels but no help was extended by them as they appear to be hand in glove with redbus. The team leader n balakrishnan was absolutely not helpful and was constantly harping in cancellation charges. The amount is not much but disregard for an veteran and not correcting their mistake was not acceptable, also i did not want the people to cheat any more customers on similar lines.

                                  I told them i am an army veteran and was booking for my close friend who wants to be in aurangabad at any cost on other morning but the back end office was more concerned of their cancellation charges of rs. 190/- and they did not send me my booking confirmation for even 9th but a message of cancellation with charges which clearly shows fraud at redbus end. I wanted to report this fraud but there are no means i even sent an invite on linked in to their ceo but to no avail.

                                  I will be filing a consumer complaint against all involved that is red bus humsafar travels and goibibo for not helping my friend to reach aurangabad in time for his urgent work, one hour telephone std call to coimbatore and unnecessary cancellation charges applied and mental agony.

                                  Please be careful when you book online with these parties.

                                      But it's no use

                                      It's almost 20 days. I didn't get money back

                                      Every time i'm calling your support team, there are telling to wait for 24 hrs. But there are not resolving my issue

                                      This is like a harrassment to me.

                                        I travelled 3rd nov 2018 with shymoli yatri paribhan kolkata to siliguri, ticket no tmbx37846278, pnr: c3cv5s3n.
                                        As per ticket boarding point: kolkata airport
                                        Landmark: super travels counter (Near sbi atm) time 8.40 pm.

                                        We are standing (Me, my wife and 4 yrs son) in front of boarding point, bus is cross in front my eyes but not stopped in boarding point, then i complaint to agent, agent replies it is not your bus. Then i hyper and said bus no is same then why u tell it is not your bus. Agent don't know bus no also. I called to another no which was showing in my eticket he is telling what can i do if bus is not stopped in boarding point. After some time i got bus driver or contractor no, i called up to that no and said please stop the bus i am coming, he said ok no problem. After that i said to agent please arrange one cab for reached the bus, he said it is not our look out.
                                        He said also you are not taking ticket from my side.

                                        Now my question is who is look this matter.
                                        If bus is crossed boarding point then who is responsible for pickup the bus, how i run with luggage and son up to 4 or 5 km.

                                        I want please give me clarifications asap.
