[Resolved]  Redbus — took money fraudulently

I was knew at red bus app. I was just checking the boarding point of the bus that i selcted to board from delhi to chandigarh. After enquiring about the bus, i came back to book it later. But suddenly i got a text message that my seat is booked in advance and click on the link for further payment. As i clicked on the link they asked for otp as i gave it then i got the message your ticket is booked and your amount would be paid by some third app lazzypay.in without any acknowledgement or warning. And now some third app, to which i have no connection, asking me the payment. Even i cancelled my ticket, in that senerio, red bus took 30% amount.

First of all, who is red bus to share my detail with some third party named lazzypay.in without my permission.

2nd how he allowed some third app to pay on behalf of me

3rd when i asked them to cancel my ticket they denied to do so.

If this is the way to provide service to your new customer then red bus is the worst service provider.

And i will sue them in consumer court to deceive me by disguishing the payment platform.

I want my money back that shall be returned to lazzypay.in

We tried reaching you on your registered mobile number. However, we are unable to get in touch.

We would like to inform you that the transaction is successful as you have already entered the OTP post which a ticket was generated. Upon checking, ticket is already cancelled on May 17, 2018 and we've issue Rs. 599/- in your bank account and the same will reflect within 7 working days as per banking procedure.

Please be assured the payments are confirmed only when the customer confirms from his end. The transactions are manually completed only when the customer confirms from his end.

Dear sir,

I don't know how your call didn't coonect with me as i have been receiving everyone else call. I don't have issue with this 599 amount which i got back in my account. I got problem with rest 240 Rs. that REDBUS deducted after cancellation. I told to redbus customer person immediately as i got fraud message of my ticket booked through lazypay wallet about the incident. Still, instead of cancelling my ticket which was booked due to technical error from redbus app, you charged me cancellation fees. I have been paying amount for the mistake that i haven't done. Instead of helping your new customer, you people were very rude and unsupported to me and also charged me.
