[Resolved]  Redbus — very bad bus and worst service

On 23 june we two people were travelling from jaipur to udaipur from seema puja travels details are as follows
Booking is confirm to seema pooja travels. Seat 2 for jaipur-udaipur on 23-jun, at 03:49 pm. Pnr:[protected]. Bus no rj18 pa 7688. We were charged somewhere around 1800 rs for 2 people and following are my complains
1- ac was not at all working. We paid for ac double sleeper and we were harassed mentally and physically in the whole journey without ac. On complaining to driver and conductor they were saying "ye aise hi chalega, aapko dekhlo kya krna hai"
2-no cleanliness at all. Our sleeper was smelling badly and was very untidy.
3- overcrowded. Conductor and driver were picking passengers from anywhere and make them sit in the pathway in the bus. It was suffocating and very uncomfortable for everyone.
4- very rude and arrogant staff. Staff rather than helping passengers was harassing them. Conductor was drunk also.
5-light in the sleeper was broken. Total darkness.
Now my question to redbus... Is this for what you are charging passengers so high. This journey was not worth even 200 rs and we paid almost 900 each. We trusted your brand name rather than the bus operator. Even on twitter i complained and it is more than 18 hrs i have not been given any satisfactory reply. I want compensation for this pathtic journey. Was not less than a nightmare for us.
Thnk u redbus for such worst experience and even for not replying on twitter. I would definitely start a campaign #boycottredbus# by sharing my this experience with common public on social media.
