[Resolved]  Redbus — Vikram travels fraudulent issue

I have booked a ticket TQAH45091196 from Hyderabad to Banaglore on 20th sep 2021 (Vikram travels). I have selected Gachibowli outer ring road entrance (van pick up) boarding point at 8.20pm. But I got a call from Vikram travels that pick vehicle got break down and please get some auto and come near Ameerpet metro station which is far by 15km from the boarding point which I selected. They kept calling me and urged me to come to the location which they told. After I reached the Ameerpet location .I got to know that there wasn't any break down simply they acted.i have spent extra 400 rs. to come to the location. When I asked about this to driver he causally told I don't know anything when he only called me and asked to come to Ameerpet junction. I never expected this and I will not suggest VIKRAM TRAVELS to anyone. Very worst travels and frauds.

We understand how troublesome an experience it has been due to the boarding point change. Please be rest assured, the feedback has been noted and shared with Vikram Travels.

As shared during our phone conversation, happy to share that the bus operator has agreed to provide a refund entirely. The refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account.

As per the standard banking procedure, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

Initiated on: 27th January 2022
Source: Original mode of payment
If you do not receive this amount within the expected time, please reach out to the Bank customer care team using the number mentioned on the back of your card. In case this payment was made using a credit card, please check the previous statement/unbilled transactions before reaching out to the bank
