As shared during our phone conversation, happy to share that the bus operator has agreed to provide a refund entirely. The refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account.
As per the standard banking procedure, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.
