I booked 2 tickets on 14th Sept, 2021 from Namrup to Guwahati . We were informed that the bus timing was 8:30 pm so we went to the bus stand but when we reached there we were told that the bus left at 4:30 as it was their regular timing . While trying to complain and reach the customer care we couldn't get a response from them either . Please help us resolve this issue . We were cheated on and even the cancellation cannot be done .

    Today on 12th September I booked 3 seat for dhanbad from bokaro throght redbus official website, bus detail are follows.

    Bus - Roshan Travels

    Bus no. - JH09AK2216

    Name - Roshan Ansari

    My boarding point was naya more bus stand bokaro.

    Bt the problem occurs when we get into our bus.
    I had booked 3 seat as I am traveling with my family and there is 10yrs kid also with me.

    When we get into bus we saw our seat is already sold to other passenger and on asking for our seat to conductor, he offers me other backside 2 searts only... And saying to manage and on asking again for rest one seat, he get angry and arguing with us and also torturing us to sit silently else they will through out us from bus...

    Is it the way to taking to passenger.
    How can passenger fill save on journey if buses have conductor like this who torturing and arguing with passenger without passenger fault...

    We paid for three seat in middle area and geting other seat bt only 2...and also they threatening us.

    We need justice... I am attaching one video and my ticket also...

    Please take serious action against it...

    We understand how troublesome an experience it has been due to the seat wasn't provided and being misbehaved by the bus staff. Please be rest assured, the feedback has been noted and shared with the Roshan Travels.

    As shared during our phone conversation, happy to share that the bus operator has agreed to provide a refund partially. The refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account.

    As per the standard banking procedure, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

      I try to book a ticket in today at 5.30 pm, 11.09.2021, at rams travels via Tiruchendur to Chennai. But the tickets was not booked at same time amount was debited from my account Rs 1575 . I try help from customer support at red Bus but they doesn't give right response. I want my amount, so give me right response .

        I by mistake have booked a ticket and tried to cancel to within 5 mins and it was not possible thats not right .I don't agree with these policies .I need my refund .
        What is the use eif I acted instantly and I lost my amount even the bus conductor told to contact urll .

            I am anil tangade I am ur regular customer I have booked ticket of bus ns Anjali travel but this bus is not on time my pick up time is 9.47 and pick up location bus stand ahamadnagar...but I call driver and he say you come to bypass then I pick up you...sir what i do I am single person in unknown city...and my red bus ticket is 1150...and I also additional pay 200 riksha...this is not fair please remove this bus on your platform and refund m extra money

              I booked 2 bus tickets from Delhi to Manali for 31st Aug and paid 3600 total for it. The bus was cancelled by the operator citing that only 2 tickets were booked hence they were cancelling the tickets. It's been more than a week now, and still the amount hasn't been refunded. The status of the ticket also shows as "confirmed" on the site. The bus operators say that it has been cancelled from their end. This is PATHETIC customer service and if I don't get a revert soon, I will lodge a formal complaint.

                Payment has been done but ticket not received

                I booked a ticket in redbud app from Coimbatore to Chennai on 07/09/21 via phone pey the amount is debited from my account and the transaction was completed but I didn't get the ticket, when I asked about this issue in red bus they said the payment is not done, i need a refund for the ticket...

                I boarded Verma travels bus on 1/09/2021 which was booked through redbus, I had bags which were mostly backpacks and very light weight and a very small carton. At pick up where my family came to drop me my luggage was simply taken and kept and no discussion regarding it was done, even when I asked for luggage tags I was not given any, then at another stop they called me and forced to give huge amount of money for small and light bags that I was carrying, I was not shown any policy or anything related to the luggage cost even when I asked multiple times, I was harrassed till I didn't give the money or they won't let me in the bus. In the middle of the journey I was forced to pay a huge amount for small luggage. And they didn't let me talk to any official as well, then the bus was changed in the middle of the night, the bus was 3 hours delayed from it's time, the bus was not in a good condition, ac was making noise, and they were letting anyone in without ticked and picking up locals and all people, it was a terrible experience. I want to get a resolution or I'm gonna take this complaint further. This is not a justified situation that a Lady customer should be put in.

                    I booked a ticket from Redbus from Bangalore to Coimbatore, I paid through gpay, payment was done but while redirecting back to the ticket page, it showed transaction failed.
                    Amount got deducted from my account, but redbus said transaction failed and ticket was not generated(will share the screenshot of the same transaction).
                    I had to rebook the ticket and paid the full amount once again as the journey was urgent.

                    I have still not received any notification about my money being refunded.

                      I have purchased a ticket from red bus for travelling from CUTTACK TO KOLKATA

                      due to some problem i have once rescheduled the ticket from 29th august to 10th September

                      Now again due to some problem when i was again rescheduling the ticket for 11th, there was no option for rescheduling

                      When i clicked the cancel button its stating that rescheduled ticket cannot be cancelled

                      Mail shyamoli poribahan as the bus service was from their end. They replied that i have to speak to red bus regarding this. I mailed the same to red bus

                      Today (5th september) a person called mr pratap [protected] called and told that as per their policy neither i can again reschedule of cancel the ticket which means due to their internal policy common people like us will loose our hard earned money

                            Your bus staff is manners less not coordinate with passenger.one more staff said why are you come so late I have agencies when your staff said if you have any problem goes down to the bus.number of passenger complaining about seat no cause one passenger has window seat your staff taking extras money 💰 from another passenger and give. This seat .all seat have problem .bus not cleaning, bad smell comes out from seat.no any one wearing the mask.collect some passenger tickets and said if any call you from traveling company then say my ticket booking is online, please tell me how to trust on online booking, such as red bus because I every time book my ticket on redbus, I want response of this msg on my email other wise I registered police complaint on you, I think redbus is fake, email address [protected]@gmail.com

                              I board a bus of samay shatabdi by red bus from kashmiri gate at 7 bound to vrindavan from delhi.
                              1.the driver said he will drop me off to mathura instead of vrindavan.
                              2.the bus was not clean .Doesn't justify 700 rs ticket.
                              3.washroom stinking.no water

                                I booked a bus bound to vrindavan from delhi today 31st august.2021
                                First the driver said the bus will drop me off at mathura instead of vrindavan.
                                The amenities in the bus are poor.there is no sanitizer in the bus.the tooilet is stinking .No water in the washroom let alone drinking water.

                                      Ticket no 42960015, Date of Journey: 26th Aug 21, Transaction Id[protected] Travel by bus from Hyderabad to Kolhapure, No of seats 5.
                                      This Bus was cancelled by the service provider (no fault of ours) and we have not yet received the refund. Pls let us knnow the status of the refund. Enclosing the ticket
