I boarded Verma travels bus on 1/09/2021 which was booked through redbus, I had bags which were mostly backpacks and very light weight and a very small carton. At pick up where my family came to drop me my luggage was simply taken and kept and no discussion regarding it was done, even when I asked for luggage tags I was not given any, then at another stop they called me and forced to give huge amount of money for small and light bags that I was carrying, I was not shown any policy or anything related to the luggage cost even when I asked multiple times, I was harrassed till I didn't give the money or they won't let me in the bus. In the middle of the journey I was forced to pay a huge amount for small luggage. And they didn't let me talk to any official as well, then the bus was changed in the middle of the night, the bus was 3 hours delayed from it's time, the bus was not in a good condition, ac was making noise, and they were letting anyone in without ticked and picking up locals and all people, it was a terrible experience. I want to get a resolution or I'm gonna take this complaint further. This is not a justified situation that a Lady customer should be put in.
