[Resolved]  Redbus — wallet amount is debited without charging phone

Sir i had credited 100 wallet balance for my trip on redbus. Today i used this wallet balance to recharge my father mobile number [protected]. But mobile recharge not done. I got the message ""dear customer,
Rs 100.00 has been debited from your redbus wallet towards bus booking. Your updated wallet account balance is rs 0.00
- team redbus"" but i didn't do any bus booking so please consider my complaint and refund my wallet amount
