It was a horrible experience for me to travel from mumbai to shirdi from dolphin travel.
Very old and poor quality bus, no proper picked up, no sefty block on upper birth, very rude behaviour of bus staff, mosquito inside the ac bus, curtain was toored and flying with wind, cooling was unbearable child, no blanket, we and other co - pessanger requested to reduce cooling but no meaning.
Me, my wife and my father felt cold and unsleepy due to cold, mosquito, very bed shocker felling of fall down from upper birth.
Due to that we need to take rest for next day and so we decided not to go back because the same bus was in return journey.
And informed to red bus not travel from the same bus because of such bad experience and they also aggree upon it to provide 100% refund against my return journey if same bus in return too.
Which was there only.

I had not done this travel as reason was already cleared the quality of bus and behaviour of staff bus no. Mh04/6444 of dolphin travel.
Now redbus is declining to give me refund giving silliy excuse that travel agency is not agree to make refund.
Please check our telephonic recordings of discussion held with mr. Sidharth and release my refund of rs.1400.
