I was about to catch bus on 24th March at 4:15pm. I received message from Red bus with wrong bus number of VRL travels. Because of which I missed my bus and it was really very important to me to reach in bangalore any how. I struggled so much to get another booking of bus. As a lady passenger they should have some concern about this. How could they provide wrong bus number. I was standing at the stop for more than an hour. Bus was already late. Bus driver have contacted me but my number was not reachable due to network issues. But atleast if they have provided me with right bus number I could be able to catch that bus because it just passed from my eyes but I haven't stopped it because the bus number I was having was different from the bus number which I was about to catch.
Many times I have contacted VRL and Red bus customer care number but they haven't raised this issue ahead.
It is really pathetic to suffer this kind of situation for a single lady traveller.
They should have concern about there passengers. They should update their passengers if bus number has changed.
I have contacted to the head office of VRL but he was blaming on me itself.
Is this a way to treat your passengers?
Even I have wasted my 1400rs but also my time and energy.
I hope that this complaint will be consider and you will take action on this. I NEED REFUND.
