I booked a bus from rishikesh to delhi in april 2021. The boarding point was natraj chowk. The bus didn't stop at the boarding point. Instead it stopped 4km away from the boarding point, i had to waste extra money to reach there. When we reached their the bus type was also changed. The bus which was there was seater that too non ac and the bus we booked was Ac sleeper. I filed a complaint about it on redbus app but they never made any sort of refund and they also marked my issue as resolved but it wasn't.
Now recently i booked a bus from delhi to dehradun and they were offering 300 rupees cashback when using slice credit card. But i didn't get any cashback. The service provided by Redbus is really fraud.

    I tried to book a bus from Aajara to Mumbai and the ticket booking was successful but somehow when I scanned the UPI for payment, the ticket amount (Rs. 630) was deducted twice. I contacted the customer support and they that this is an issue from my bank and I will receive it in couple of next business days. I waited for almost 2 weeks and then contacted my bank from where I got to know that it was a valid transaction and the amount was sent to the respective UPI.
    Then I came back to redbus support for help but they denied the transaction. I requested to raise a complaint on my behalf as I was not able to do it. The support person said I will receive a call back in 48 hrs for my complaint (Case id[protected] but I didn't receive any.
    I contacted the support again and came to know that my previous complaint was closed even without contacting me. This has happened 2 times in a row now.
    I am facing multiple issues now - I am unable to login, unable to check my complaint status, my complaints are getting closed without me being contacted and on top of all the customer support says they can't help me if I am unable to login and they are not ready to give anything to me in writing.

    I feel really helpless in the situation and from the kind of responses I got from the redbus support today, I feel like they are not there to actually support the customer. And all the evidences project that they don't want to take the responsibility to the double transaction nor do they want to return my money.

    Thank you waiting for the reply and justification.
    I was told by the support executive that I will receive a call back in 48 hrs for the Case id[protected], but I haven't received any call yet. A justification for this will also help me to understand the customer support process that is running behind.

    Any update please? Redbus has been checking this since one and half months. Does it really take so long to check 1 transaction? If yes then need to highlight this to the founder urgently.

    Transaction ID[protected] Payment 420rs is done but ticket not generated please refund my payment.

      As per government rules, in India - transport by using Non AC bus is exempted from GST. But Redbus is charging GST for the same. The proof has been attached herewith.

        I have bus booking on[protected] at 00:10 AM from iffco chowk- gurgaon to jaipur. TR4K23846733 is my ticket number. But bus didn't come at boarding point. After contacting with number provided, they said bus will not come at boarding point and not even stop in gurgaon. So, please look into the matter and refund my money.

          Dear Red Bus team,

          This is to inform you that the bus I have booked Pawan Putra Seat number A/2 which was to be depart at 6 am date 20/03/2022 was cancelled by bus operator without any reason and I have to send my senior citizen mother on another bus with cash payment again, Today I been harassed by bus operator and they told me pawan putra will not depart today and there was no option to cancel my ticket and get refund at same time I have been charged false in online booking when I have to pay cash with another bus operator and have to send my mother because I cannot cancel my mother's planned journey.
          Request you to verify and arrange my refund booking amount which I have done through redbus.

            I, Shubhanshu, had a ticket booked for a friend of mine - Isha Kudale, 23 - from Ahmedabad to Pune for 19th of March, 2022 through Amazon - PFA attached the ticket. The bus left Ahmedabad at the scheduled time but at around 10:40 pm the bus met with an accident where it stopped with a big and sudden jerk - causing whiplash because of bus driver's negligence - on a bridge, Kim River Bridge, somewhere between Ankleshwar and Surat in Gujarat. It took about 15 minutes for the bus crew to officially tell the passengers that the bus had rammed into a divider over a bridge on a river. Then the bus was parked somewhere off the bridge and the passengers were deboarded through the emergency windows since the door and the front of the bus was too damaged to get through. The passengers were asked to wait on the side of a busy highway. When I was informed about the accident, I called up your helpline number for redbus ([protected]) and I was told that the operator is arranging for an alternate bus within half an hour. I asked the executive what liability does Amazon and Redbus have in the case, to which his answer was a disappointing scripted line 'I'm sorry. Please wait for half an hour as the operator has promised to send an alternative...'.

            I waited for half an hour and called my passenger for an update to which I was told that they were stopping random buses on the route and making 1-2 passengers board these buses while the rest waited. This horrible process went on for another hour. I called your helpline number again to check what the update was and the executive connected me with the operator who happened to be a stubborn and arrogant prick. He told me that that's all he can do. After the utter useless conversation with the operator, I asked your executive to write a report to a higher-up and attach the phone call as evidence of the operator's arrogance and ignorance. I was promised that the report had been sent and that I should check my email. After telling the executive that I hadn't received the email, I was asked to wait after the call. My passenger, a female, had to wait till 1:47 am on a random highway in the dark to find a bus that had one seat, was filthy and had a sharing seat opposed to a single seat that we had booked. I request a couple of things from Amazon as well as redbus:

            1. A stringent action against the driver and crew and more so on the bus operator since all of them breached their duty of care against my passenger.

            2. An immediate refund of the ticket along with proper compensation on top of it for the trauma and emotional distress caused due negligence of the bus driver, the ignorance and arrogance of the bus operator due to which my passenger had to suffer hours of agony and a situation that posed a risk to her life.

            3. An action against the executives on the call whose apathy was appalling and enraging in a time of crisis.

            And on top of all this, I expect a prompt response with utmost responsibility as a long-standing prime customer of Amazon. Please do not make me run from one point of contact to other since I've already done that last night.

                        I have booked a bus through redbus from kolkata to digha, booking no TR3P92762101 which costed me 1883. Booking was done for company name Subhadeep tour travels. Suddenly one person Call one day and he said he will change our seats with another bus .trip is for 18th and on 17th that person called us and said he will cancel our booking ..he misbehave with us also if on immediate basis action will be not taken am ready to complain against ur company on consumer forum . I need immediate action for this and I need my booking details or else after 1hour I have to raise this issue through consumer forums. This is harassment and after paying money we will not tolerate anything

He misbehaved with us and over the call he cancelled our trip for no reason that is also day before the trip day. But no update is visible and everything is showing perfect on redbus application where we booked the ticket . I want immediate action for this behaviour and I want solution as well

                          Redbus charging gst for non AC buses but as per gst law gst is applicable for ac buses only not on non AC buses. Previously they never used to charge on non AC buses but now they are doing illegally. When I called their Custer care and enquired they told some story that rules changed and said that operatar has to pay and hence they are charging.

                          Please kindly look into this issue.

                            My ticket number is TR[protected],
                            I made a booking of zingbus through Redbusfrom lonavala to Goa on 6th march'22
                            Time mentioned on ticket was 10.20 Pm but bus left stop at 9.50pm
                            I received refund but zingbus promised me compensation of 50% but still didn't receive that amount.

                              I have booked a online bus ticket from Delhi to Prayagraj, I reached the boarding point half an hour before so I don't miss the bus, then the bus arrived one and half hour late, though trying to contact with the bus contact information no response was provided, a call was received and I was told, bus is in traffic and will come to boarding point but it will be late. Redbus does not provide any information about the bus number, bus conductor number, or driver number etc etc. And further after being waiting I am being switched to an alternative bus option which goes through the same route, but now in this bus I am supposed to sit here sometimes there and the journey time is ofcourse more than the journey time taken by the bus which was booked. When I tried to confront this to redbus coordinator via chat and asked them to call me they didn't call me, and when had conversation via chat after listening to my issue he granted me 100 Rs compensation in my Redbus Wallet. Is this the service you provide @redbus. This is not acceptable and it should not be taken as granted.

                                This is second time continuously very bad experience with Redbus. The bus operator (tied up with Redbus) has canceled the bus on the last moment. Both times I was travelling to attend family function. Last time when this happened, Redbus didn't inform to me about the cancellation. When I went to the boarding point and called customer care to know about the status of the bus. That time I learned that bus was canceled. They have been telling they will take action against the bus operators but it doesn't look like that. The same incidents are happening. Company is fooling people. They are taking 72 hours to refund the money after the date of cancellation. They are also not providing any compensation to customer.

                                  I booked tickets from Jaipur to Ahmedabad on date 14/03/22 through red bus from New shree mahaveer travels SEAT NO L2 TICKET NO TR4C39799455 departure time 6.30 PM.i booked in AC SLEEPER BUT when I reached my pickup point I saw NON AC BUS and no suitable answer from driver side and counducter side I paid for AC SLEEPER and provide by bus operators non AC.That is case of 420 for RED BUS ABD bus operators .if I m not get my full money refunded I will file case both o[censored]

                                    I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Ajmer through Ashok Travels after reaching the pickup point the operator changed the bus with any information to Gulzar Travels which is the worst travel services i ever had seen, the seating condition was pathetic can not able to stretch the legs. Finally I decided to call the customer care and how carelessly the RED BUS service were at the last moment they were justed to take the alternate on my own risk or else travel in the same bus. What a pathetic condition it is. The Red Bus charges double the operator Charing for providing uncomfortable journey and how careless the red Bus didn't had the bus details.One of the worst service by the red Bus. Driver and helper behaviour was very rude and i suppose to reach the destination at 6:45 but it will reach by around 9:30 am what kind of a service it is.. Driver and operators behaviour was volgur, very careless.

                                      I booked seat L3 L4 and D from second row from front they changed it to 2nd from back after payment. Ticket no TR[protected] and YR [protected]

                                        I was going to book 2 tickets in NON AC sleeper bus for me and my mom. Each ticket costs Rs 1300. So totally Rs. Rs. 2730 including GST.

                                        After I made the payment, it is showing that the tickets that I booked is for AC sleeper bus in the same travels.

                                        But I remember correctly that I went to NON AC sleeper booking, because AC bus is uncomfortable to me.

                                        Once I noticed that AC sleeper tickets have been given to me, I cancelled the tickets. Under cancellation policy it showed that I would be getting a refund of Rs. 2340 by deducting Rs. 390. And that refund would come within 7 days.

                                        Now Rs. 390 is a loss for me. How could they change the tickets for me?

                                        And Redbus, I'm not talking about Upi pin or account no, I just need to know how your application could direct us and provide tickets in AC sleeper instead of Non AC sleeper bus after the payment.
