I was traveling from Ngp to Raipur on 2 March 22.in the midnight bus stopped at dhaba in mathani village, I came outside to find washroom but within 2 mins when I was backed bus was not there.when I came outside the bus driver had seen me still he left me alone at the strange place with strangers.i was a single girl in the midnight and time was 1 AM almost.it was terrible unsafe situation for any lady to stay out of city in the midnight and she cannot do anything for herself I hope u understand how I was feeling a that time I'll not recommend anyone to book bus through ur portal. Very pathetic

    I tried booking redrail from erode to chennai on 28.02.2022 10:37 am, payment of Rs.567.70 got successful on 01.03.2022 8:20 pm via Google pay but the ticket was not booked so kindly get back the amount to my account as soon as possible.

      Book a ticket on redBus for traveling Karad to Mumbai on date 26 feb 2022 for traveling date 27 feb 2022 of nakoda travels. I got ticket of journey date 27 feb 2022 at 11:59 pm seat no 15U Ticket Number: TR3V12316574 later at 11:15 pm nakoda travels Bus conductor call me that tell me that my booking is for today. As per his record booking is for date 26 feb 2022. Later next day nakoda customer service representative call me and tell me that in thier record travel date is 26 feb 2022 and 27 feb date travel is full. No seat available. They can't give me seat or refund. They tell me to call redBus customer service and sort out the problem. I call redBus customer service but they also can't give me seat or refund. Only complaint is raised. They said that due technical issues all happen and can't refund all amount. But loss my money also I have book another ticket in emergency and pay double amount. So please look at this issue and do needful

        I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 27 Feb 2022 - Ticket Number: TR3V64730272 | PNR No: 44627 from Badlapur (maharashtra)-Kolhapur(Maharashtra) for dated February 27, 2022 that tckt amount was 855/- Rs. and cancelled it on 27 Feb, 2022.

        But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that deposited an amount INR 295 /- in my card account.

        Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

        Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

          Dear sir,
          I booked a ticket (id 37ETS8PG) (transaction no. [protected]) in mesra parivahan maa kamla. Rs 339 seat B5 on 25/2/22. Dept. Time 5.30pm. Boarding point booti more, ranchi. Ticket for ranchi to dhanbad.
          I am souhardya chatterjee age 20.
          But bus has not come on time and another bus had come in time (maa kamla), whereas another bus came which did not allow me to travel on booked ticket. So, i came by my own money through another bus. Therefore i request you to refund my money and take neccessary action. I was waiting for maa kamla but did not come on time.
          It was told that before 2hrs, bus contact no. will be send by sms but that did not come.

            I have catched Tejas Travel from Mumbai to Tuljapur at 7.50 PM (Dadar) but there is no rest stop for dinner. In return journey from Tuljapur to Mumbai clearly mentioned about "bus will not stop at any rest stops".

            Based on given information on website I assume that Bus will stop Mumbai to Tuljapur route and no halt Tuljapur to Mumbai as it starts at 10.00 PM

            Please understand passanger travel with their families and planning accordingly as per given information. Now we are in trouble and running pillar to post to request Bus driver, bus operators & redbus.

            Are we wrong and selected wrong booking service who providing mis-leading information

                I was traveled on 18th February 2022 from pune location to narsi, but bus driver drop me on udgir which is far from my location 90km away. Also they drop me 6hr delay in wrong location. I got very truble on that day, that is worst experience with red bus services. I am requesting to resolve my issues.

                    Hello, I have booked the ticket from INDORE to JAIPUR and cancelled the ticket with TICKET NI TR3R1788552 PNR NO 12956591 days ago. The money is not yet refunded to my bank account but received a reference mail from redBus that refund successfully
                    I want my money to be refunded back. How can I get back ?

                          I and two of my friends had gone to Prasad, Rajasthan for one of our friend wedding's in Prasad, Rajasthan. So while returning we had booked a bus services from red bus in which there's an company called as Laxmi traveller's who is giving false representation under the brand name "NEETA TRAVELS".

                          So, bus starting point was from Udaipur, Rajasthan at 3.20 pm dated 19th February 2022 and they were too pick us from the "Jain Restaurant" Prasad Highway, Rajasthan around 4.20 pm dated 19th February 2022. Now then firstly bus was late by 3-4 hours and instead of picking us from the pickpoint bus moves ahead o[censored]s for around 40km away from us. Instead of they coming back to us and pick then forced us to come 40kms ahead, it was around 7pm in the evening we couldn't get any help on highway finally when we got a help from a truck in which 5 people were already there infact they were drunk, it was life threating moments for us it was completely unknown areas state for us wherein our mobile phone was off. It was too scary situation wherein our family nor any1 could contact us.

                          They had promised us to provide Volvo bus service, they are providing with a normal ac bus which was PATHETIC stinking. Window glasses of the bus were completely cracked, wind pressure could have broke the glasses and it could be life taking for any1 o[censored]s. Those window glasses were broken since more than a year. The owner of the company is very disrespectful person instead of helping us, he started giving dhamki stating " you don't know who I am" go 2 to police station"

                          On requesting for our refund and provide us with a better services he was giving life threating dhammki.

                          Company is based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and it is headed by a Praveen Panwar. We request for a refund along with it cancel the business license of Laxmi traveller for giving a customer life threating dhamki's providing false information and fooling passengers

                          Bus vehicle no "RJ19 PB 9100" and i have all images of the picture for the better understanding I can provide them.

                          Red bus is also responsible for all this, it's not the first time it's happening earlier while Goa there were some bigger issue Red bus didn't response to it. They don't do any research of the company, allowing any traveller agencies company on their portal. Nor they take any responsibility of the passenger. I urge and request too refund my travelling cost for lose of my prestigious time and from going through risky and life taking situation of highway.

                            Hi Sir,
                            I booked tickets from Bangalore to Hyderabad in Red bus. Date of journey was[protected]. I received call from morning star said that bus was cancelled due to break down and they said money got refunded to Redbus. Redbus people saying that bus was not cancelled. Kindly log the complainant and please help me to get the refund money.

                            Bus number was AP 39 W 2944. I received call from morning star [protected], [protected] on[protected] at 15:54PM for cancellation information.

                            Note: Now I got the evidences from morning star. You can see that in pd[censored]nder PNR number Blocked service in red colour. I also received whats app evidences from morning star with ticket remarks as 'AMOUNT REFUND'.

                            Please help me to get refund of total amount.

                                  I had booked a bus from Redbus mobile app from New Delhi to Rudarpur on 10th Feb 2022. After booking I called the travelling company and got some information about the dropping point.
                                  And I was told that the bus will reach at Rudarpur bus stand not at Rampur bus station. (I also wanted the same)
                                  I reached at the pickup place at R K Ashram marg Metro station on the scheduled time at 9 Pm on 15/02/2022.
                                  But when I called the bus authority, I was told that they do not have any service for Rudarpur.
                                  So I called the helpline number of Redbus.
                                  Then I was connected to another bus service provider on conference and I was directed to reach at Anand vihar bus terminal and board another bus without any payment. I was also provided a contact no. on which I called and got response that I will have to pay for the seat.
                                  So I tried to cancel the earlier booked ticket from the app but the app was showing that the bus had left and I could not cancel it.
                                  Now I was left with only the option of paying for the seat in the bus having registration no. UP22 AT 1392.
                                  I have serious concern about the first bus service (Swagatam Holiday) for their totally unprofessional approach and also the inconvenience which I had to face due to Redbus.
                                  I also strongly recommend Redbus to take any action against Swagatam Holiday and pay my refund asap as I had to pay twice.

                                    Am 79/80 yrs aged. On 13/02 made contact at around 4.00 pm and reverified journey details with R.S Yadav Travels Customer Care: some Kamal attended phone and verified journey and mentioned my bus would be ending number 2888 . To my surprise i have not received confirmation message after my arrival to mayur vihar extension boarding point. At 8.30 i arrived to boarding point at Mayur vihar extension and found some other person sitting on the seats and on being again contacting r s yadav team on above given number Kamal updated new bus number No:UP22AT 4488, but that bus was not going azamgarh but going to gorakhpur.

                                    Am senior citizens was traveling with wife aged 70 to my home town with health issues, unable to board / get bus on my schedule after all my efforts. Now i have to reschedule journey for 14 th . This has caused harrassment and discomfort and monetory loss because of non professional services of red bus and rs yadav the operator .
                                    They should be penalized for their failure giving compensation double to fare they charged to me with giving regret explaination in writing .
                                    Details of my ticket is as under...
                                    Am not happy at all with their improper and unprofessional attitude.
                                    ... Advice me more portal where I can highlight their failures so that people should not face such poor service and harrassment.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I m booking done on 9Dec, 2011 for
                                      Pune to Goa for 2 sleeper seats.

                                      But credit card amount 2310/- is debited.

                                      We have got message as payment fail.

                                      Again I m doing sleeper booking for Pune to Goa on 10 Dec, 2021 then tkt is confirmed. But previous payment is not refunded till now.

                                        Hi, I have booked the ticket from Gooty to Chittoor (Ticket Number:TR[protected] and PNR:26111) via redbus(Bus operator: Om Sao Tours and Travel), when i booking the ticket it say it will take utmost care on the safety.

                                        1. When i booked the ticket, it mentioned that the bus will arrive at 12:30 AM but arrived at 4:00 AM (in gooty) which made to wait for 4 hours in national highway, because the bus has not come to the town bus stand
                                        2. Tried to reach bus operator but not answering the call and bus drive number is swicthoff
                                        3. I booked U6 seater (Sleeper) in redbus but given another seat, when i request for my seat, they told to take another seat otherwise get down
                                        4.When i booked the ticker in redbus it shows that covid check will down(i.e., thermal check, Covid certificate, Sanitization, blankets and other amenities will be provided) but most of the services is not provided.
                                        5.When bus got breakdown at 6:00AM, i got msg from redbus thank you for the journey even though journey is not completed and unable to reach to the customer care as the services is completed, even though i am in the middle of the journey
                                        6. When i mentioned that breakdown has happened redbus customer care requested to wait for 48 hours, that means i need to wait for 48 hours in the breakdown location?? and when i request for callback, they told to wait for 1 hour for the call i have any services provider who told to wait for 1 hour
                                        7. they mentioned to search for alternative bus on your own then what is purpose of redbus??
