No refund made despite delay in arrival resulting in cancellation of the trip

This is with reference to the booking made by us for a tempo traveller thru Redbus. I had the following issues which was brought to the notice of the operator as well as the Redbus executive.

- The vehicle was supposed to arrive at 7 AM whereas it arrived after 9:30 AM after several calls made to your helpline as well as operator. The support gave a solution that in case our onward journey has been delayed,...

Transaction Failure and No Refund Confirmation

I made 3 unsuccessful attempts to book Train Ticket through red rail on 31-12-21 in which amount is deducted all 3 times, I received refund confirmation messages only for 2 transactions.

Contacted Customer Service they are unable to resolve the issue....

Bus service and red bus CS service

I bus was supposed to pick us from kasol. But unfortunately we picked up approximately @8:30pm by a cab given by zing bus. Later we reached @bhuntar around 10.15pm . At the time of collecting bags the cab driver was in hurry and said pick your stuff quickly I have other stuff to do as well. Due to that my gloves left in there . I informed the bus operator then and there about it but they were not able to get in touch with guy as he mentioned...

Allocated seat not given

I have booked my ticket from redbus app and the bus operator has not given me seat allocated to me. I am writing this during my journey, where driver and bus operator has told me to get out of bus on a unknown place (obviously unsafe) or travel anyhow 12 Hours....

Misbehaving staff

No safety measures taken. Staffs were too rude. They even came to beat us. Bus was delay to the location, they didn't respond in the phone call properly.

Cancellation of redBus ticket not refunded

Hello, I have booked the ticket from Bhimavaram to Vizayanagaram- parvathipuram and cancelled the ticket with ticket id TQDM[protected] days ago. The money is not yet refunded to my bank account but received a reference mail from redBus that refund initiated. .
I want my money to be refunded back. How can I get back ?
Why are they not refunding my money back...

Late arrival

This is Bhargavi
Me and my friend Rakesh have booked a bus in redbus sunshine travels from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 29th december being boarding point at paradise hyd to maarathalli Bangalore

At paradise the boarding time was 7.30 pm
But the bus arrived at 11pm

We were waiting on roads and there was no proper response from driver, he was not lifting our calls and denying sometimes..br...

Complainting about privacy for ladies . arrogant speech with pasenger.

In sanjana traveling agency there is extra driver seat in between 2+1 arrangement.
In seat no 14 Lowe and 15 lower there are two ladies . beside them how can sleep a
male driver..this is not valid.
Please help us other wise we will take action against this....

Ticket from mandi to delhi

I had booked ticket at 10:45 pm on 29 dec 2021 and in 10 mins realised after seeing the ticket that it had been booked for 1.30 am 29 dec 2021 rather than 1:30 pm 29 dec 2021. I raised it but neither can I reschedule it nor cancel, just in 10 mins of me booking the ticket. This is sad. My money got wasted. Why do they mention free date change when thry cant do anything...

And again I booked Athani(Karnataka) To Bangalore date 28/12/2021 Bording Time 21:40 but booking done by red bus from Athani (Kerala) To Bangalore...I selected boarding point Athani (Karnataka) and same tickets generated but booked Athani (Kerala)...I very disappointed with red bus website.. Please refund...

Bus neither showed up nor received calls

Hi, i booked a ticket form chennai to kerala on 17th dec 2021, but by mistaken we selected the wrong date and we rescheduled then we selected to date for 31st on dec 2021, we paid 4500 rs for tickets but now we want to cancel the trip due to omnicron pandemic in kerala, but customer care tell that because we rescheduled that we cannot refund the money, its not in our policy like that, i want refund pls check and help...

I am complaining about cancelling ticket, office is not supporting and red bus is also not supporting vo for cancelling ticket

I have called office to cancel ticket, but they are rude and not even trying to shift ticket.
They are saying to complaint red bus.

About cancellation of my seats

Address:karnataka , kalasipalyam

The bus has left the boarding point without intimation and i have reached the boarding point half an hour before the actual time and i informed in the travels office. they told me bus will come we have to wait after waiting of half an hour they told me the bus has left and they have cancelled my seats, after so much argument they told me do whatever you want to do .
their behaviour is very rude and unethical ....

Bus got cancelled and redbus not giving refund

Have booked 1 non a/c sleeper tickets from indore to udaipur on 26/12/2021 at city shrinath solitaire using redbus app with ticket no: TQDM80843304. But bus operator called and said your bus is cancelled then i called redbus regarding this but they said we can't initiate refund as we're unable to communicate with operator. Hence refund the paid amount of rs.500/- with immediate effect. Have attached the eticket snap for ref....
