Redcarpet — Refund amount not credited in my account even after 1 week

I have used the redcarpet card for payment of 293 on amazon, then upon refund the amount is not reflected in the account even after 1 week. And moreover they adding the intrest of 120 for that amount. Please help me in this issue.
