I registered 2 RTPCR tests with redcliffe labs and got them done on 6jan 11:00 am in Delhi. After specifically checking, i was told to wait for max 48 hours for results. I got 1 report and other is still pending after 53 hours. Instead of taking care of my covid impacted family, i have spent entire day chasing to get update but none of the employees had any answer. They keep transferring or disconnecting calls. One employee even shared false edited test report to stop me from calling as I could see the sample collection date, report date everything was for the date prior to when I even booked the test. I am still trying to call them but employees keep disconnecting the call Was this information helpful? |
