I ordered a Mobile (LG VIEWTY SMART-GC900) from Rediff shopping on 29th April 2012 which is to be delivered to me in 5-7 days. Its been more than 10days the order is still not shipped to me by the seller(Mr. Chetan Gupta, Indimela Online Trade, [protected]@indimela.com). I tried contacting the seller as well as rediff in this regard by mail many times. But every time they mail me back that 'please wait for a day n we'll get back to you'...

I had ordered christion Dior Poison perfume from rediff shopping (order no 7068536) on 23rd of april 2012, still the product is not delivered. I had asked for a refund from rediff shopping but there is no action from these guys. Its very disheartening to see such behavior from an organisation like Rediff....

I have placed an order with Rediff online shopping. Order# 7031933 on Apr-05-2012 for the below 3 items. two of them were delivered on-time while the third item(Wall clock) is never delivered to me.
