Rediff.com India — Faulty product delivery returned back to courier which is not updated in the system | |||||
I got delivery for 64gb Samsung ev micro as card on 15th June 2017 which was faulty. Have made complain to pick up faulty product to replacement on 16th June 2017. On 28th June 2017 assigned pick of faulty product through delhivery logistics which also not been done. I've delivered it to them at Madas West kachpada dc at my own on 29th June 2017. This pick up request showing cancelled on delhivery systems. Also I have pickup receipt got from delhivery people. Same thing updated to rediff on mail and toll free as well. But they are not giving proper reply. Reading is making fraud with Customer dealing like this. I think need to banned rediff product Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have placed an oreder in rediff shopping vide order no. 14426914., dated 11.06.2017. I have paid through my credit card. I have received only one item. The other item is yet to be received. I have written atleast a dozen mails to customer care. They are not bothered abt it. Kindly look into the matter
