I ordered a flip case for nokia asha 501 on 23 may, 2016, paid through sbi debit card. Today it is 31 may. Till now the order status is "awaiting dispatch". But the product was promised to be delivered by 7 days from date of order. I complained through multiple tickets, but each time they are begging for 24-48 hrs to follow it up. Even they are not responding to cancel my order. My ordr id 13432833. Email [protected]@yaho.com Vendor riich lifestyle How frustrating it is to deal with rediff.
