Rediff Shop & Gift — I'm complaining about saree purchase online | |||
I had purchased a saree vide order no. 13202215, which is very defective. While complaining to customer care they have asked to take a snap shot of the same saree and sent it in jpg format to them. My question is a person who is unable to do all this as she does not know what is jpg format or is not aware of how to sent the same by mobile, how will she do it? Only after the same is forwarded then only they will come up and pick up the order. Hence I request all customers not to buy any product from rediff shop and gift but buy from myntra or craftvilla which has return option and no such format as to sent in jpg format or whatever so. They come and take the product either they replace the product or give cash. Was this information helpful? | |||
