Rediff Shopping — Amount deducted for products purchased but no confirmation SMS or Email recieved regarding the placed orders | |||
I have placed two orders with Rediff shopping on 01.05.2015 at 10:07 AM via Yes Bank Net Banking(Net Banking Details-NET TXN: BILLDESK BYBK[protected] REDIFF) and amount paid was Rupees491.via Net Banking and the payment was successfull as the amount was debited from my bank account.But I didn't get any confirmation Email or my Order ID or any confirmation SMS regarding my payment and order placed from Rediff shopping Team.
