Dear Sir, I have purchased a Mobile Phone Lenovo A288t, Order No is 11597629. When i order the mobile (Order No[protected] It is mentioned six months warranty, but it is now two months.The mobile main problem is not listening.How can i use it. In two months i am use it only seven days. In transporting the back cover is broken. why you are not responding. I am attaching all the documents in the attachment. Please solved the problem as soon as possible other wise refund my money.

It is too late . The courier has alredy pickup the order on 23rd Aug 2015. No mail or message from your site. Please give me another mobile ie Intex Aqua V-4 ( Golden +Black ) oterwise refund my money. The extra money i will paid when receive the order. It is too late .
